Hello! Please excuse my ignorance, but what is/how do yo do that pillow exercise you've talked about? For the thigh muscles, I believe? xx
laying flat on ur back, fold a pillow in half and put it between your legs, squeeze for 2 secs and release, repeat. after u do it for abt a min or 2, squeeze one last time for as long as you can. it rly tones up and slims down ur inner thighs
