Smoke a cigarette.
Take a diet pill.
Repeat the phrase “i will not eat”.
Go on thinspo, then look in mirror.
Browse for cute clothes you will wear when you’re skinny.
Drink a full glass of cold water.
Try and wait 15 min, thats normally how long they last.
Avoid smelling/looking at food.
