Jayne Mansfield from Promises! Promises!, 1963.
Promises! Promises! became the first Hollywood feature release of the sound era to feature nudity by a mainstream star. Marilyn Monroe had filmed nude scenes for Something's Got To Give in 1962 but that film was abandoned after Marilyn died.
I always felt that with stunts like this Mansfield tried too hard to force her way to the top competing with the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren rather than developing her own talents and image. In the end she ended up as just another second-tier bombshell.

I found this lady identified as Jean Beasley. I'm not familiar with her and I can't find any photographers mentioned as working with her.
What caught my eye here is the determined look on her face. I'll bet that she is ripping someone a new one and I wouldn't want to be the recipient of that letter...
