Anyone who sees this needs to repost: this stuff is a Miracle. If your dehydrated, you purge a lot,you’re hungover, or you’re just lacking electrolytes then this stuff is amazing. One big drink is all you really need for day to day stuff (one jug for hangovers) and the whole thing is only 150 calories. That means each drink should be less then 20. Keeping hydrated will help you feel better so this whole ED thing doesn’t suck so bad. And if your recovering, staying hydrated will help to lessen the shock on your body. If you’re not recovering, hydration will make you less bloated, less hungry and it will help with all the aches and pains. It’s fairly cheap and can be found at most convenience stores or gas station plus it comes in a bunch of flavours! My favourite is strawberry kiwi.

easy thigh gap workout
here’s a simple exercise that you can do any time of day.
this workout is the best, trust me. I went from thighs completely touching, to thighs barely touching at all in just a few days.
lay on your back, with your knees bent, feet together. fold a bed pillow and put it in-between your thighs. squeeze and hold for two seconds. do this as many times as you can, trust me, it’s going to burn. when you feel like you can’t do it anymore, squeeze and hold the pillow for ten seconds. It seriously hurts, but totally worth it.
I found that this is really the only workout that mainly focuses your inner thighs, so if you don’t want thick toned thighs, this is the perfect workout for you. if you want I’ll post a photo of how to do it, just message me!

Update
Well, I was recovering.
I gained back a lot of weight and was feeling relatively okay. I ate ‘normally’ for several weeks. I’m not sure exactly how long.
But I have now remembered that I’m actually a fat fucking pig and I need to stop binging three times a day like a god damn slob.
Soooo... I’m gunna kick my fatass into gear and hopefully reach my first goal weight by Christmas.

How I lost 20 pounds in about a month
Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.
🍵What’s in it: 。A cup of hot water 。Green Tea 。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋 。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

I love that my friends support me on my journey and help me find low calorie foods to eat and such. It’s actually so nice❤️ I have them messaging me foods and recipes super low in calories but relatively high in other nutrients so I don’t die but I still loose weight and honestly it’s amazing. Can’t wait to reach goal!!
