MANOHARA RESTO
ANNYEONG!!!
As I promised before, I’m going to tell you about Manohara’s specific places like Manohara Resto (the restaurant), Manohara VW Outlet and Manohara AVIS, and also some Manohara’s special products such as Borobudur Sunrise, Borobudur Sunset and Borobudur Manohara Package.
Then first...
I’d like to introduce you the beautiful and classic restaurant placed in Borobudur area that is called as Manohara Resto. It is the restaurant that Manohara has besides the hotel which located nearby ‘Pintu 8 Candi Borobudur’.
It is a restaurant where the visitors could take a rest from having a long trip around Borobudur Temple before they leave. It is classic, because the vibe and the atmosphere is still traditional. You can say that it has the Java tradition. With the sound of ‘gamelan’ played from the tape, you can enjoy the menus peacefully.
Manohara Resto has two floors. The first one is where you can see the front office and the cashier, and the second one is the second floor where you can enjoy the view directly because it is an opened-space and the kitchen is also on the second floor.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Everything in Manohara Resto is so brownie, that you can always get sweet memories just like how you eat a piece of chocolate.
I have great memory about this place. So during the practice days, I got to be here for the morning shift and the afternoon shift. It always happened for the sunrise and sunset. So during the morning shift, it was for the sunrise and the afternoon shift, it was for the sunset.
The breakfast after sunrise and the dinner after sunset got to be in the second floor. The buffet is including on the ticket so before they enjoy their breakfast or dinner, we have to make sure that they have their sunrise or sunset sticker with them and of course the ticket because the voucher for the breakfast and dinner within it.
I think I have told you that I’ve experienced a day where I got to help the staffs with 350 more sunrise packages. It happened in the second floor and it was so crowded!
The set up of the restaurant for the breakfast and dinner will look like:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The menu during the breakfast and dinner are not that different. It usually have steamed rice, fried rice, fried noodle, fried chicken or fish, sauteed vegetables, sausage, and more. All of them are Asian cooks especially Magelang’s. Another menu are like fried banana and some traditional snacks, infused water, juice, coffee and tea, soup, cereal, salad, and fruits.
Ah! I’m going to tell you something funny that I found during the practice days. We happened to meet many kinds of tourists here and not only from Asia. Some were come from Europe, US, or Australia and they have their own uniqueness.
So one day, when I happened to be in charge for the breakfast time, I got to see they took steamed rice along with the fried rice. It may be usual but they thought that fried rice - how do I tell you that the “nasi goreng jadi lauknya”. Another silly thing I’ve found was they eat ‘serabi’ with rice.
OH! I also have found they really like ‘kerupuk’. It happened that a tourist took it as much as the plate and she kept nodding while enjoying it.
Hmm... What else? Wait. I need to recall my memory.
Hmm...
Hmm...
Hmm...
Hooo... Another funny moment is when there was a tourist cut down the ‘salak’ with the knife. So on that time, me and my friend were looking at each other like “What does she cut?” and it happened to be ‘salak’. She cut it like she was eating a steak anyway. We were about to tell here how to eat it but she just realized when someone peel it off like the way it should be.
Hmm...
Well... About the ‘salak’, another funny things is:
Tumblr media
HA HA HA
Baby Banana (it is ‘Pisang Susu’) and Snake Fruit (sorry I keep laughing).
Well, not to complain but I’m not that sure how to named the fruit anyway.
Oh! I will show you how the buffet for the breakfast and dinner look like:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Besides the breakfast and dinner for the sunrise and sunset package, Manohara Resto also open for regular service. It start from 10 a.m until 8 p.m, but it usually done around 7 p.m once the dinner for the sunset packages done.
Since Borobudur Temple closed at 5 p.m and not so many people come to Manohara Resto around that time until the evening, the restaurant have no customers and the staff will wait until 8 p.m to go home.
I have learnt many things in Manohara Resto, even though what I have learnt and experienced are not as much as the other members of the team. Honestly, I found it a little bit difficult to be in the restaurant than in the VW Outlet and AVIS. Other than cleaning up the table, setting up the table, taking orders, and folding the napkins (I got to learn about 8 models), the other thing that I’ve experienced alone is giving bar-codes on the tickets with Mbak Arin. When I asked the other members, they said they never get asked by Mbak Arin so I feel proud here HAHAHA
The last time I helped her, it was about 1200 sunset tickets. The bar-coding is still manual that Mbak Arin will print out the bar-codes and I am the one who stick it on the ticket with the same code. It was fun, anyway.
Hmm... What else?
Ah! I got to meet many types of tourist. I do really like when we got Japanese tourist during the breakfast or dinner. It was not that difficult to clean up the table because they were so clean and cool! It is different from the domestics. I couldn’t lie. The domestics sometimes made us nervous that their table will look gross (SORRY!)
However, because we practice here for the hospitality, we have to be professional that we couldn’t judge or blame but do what we have to do to serve the best for them. Giving them the best service is what we have to do.
So....
I couldn’t say more about Manohara Resto because I don’t really have many memories here. If you wanna ask more question, you may dm me or meet me!
Regards,
ZHE.

MANOHARA - Week 5 (Last)
YEAY!
FINALLY IT IS COMING TO AN END!
THE LAST WEEK!
WE HAVE DONE THE ‘PENARIKAN’ (How should I say it?)
TWO DAYS MORE TO GO (from the day I write this report)
So...
The last week started with me being in Manohara AVIS on Monday for the morning shift. I couldn’t really remember what happened there but Mas Hendi looked like he asked me to be in the restaurant first because the students in charge to be there has not come yet and there were hundreds sunrise packages. I was about to help but... They came at the same time I was about to go up and Mas Hendi said “Nggak jadi, Mbak.” (LOL, I couldn’t get it in English because his expression was priceless)
Here is a ‘Good Morning’ from AVIS.
Tumblr media
Then the second day of the last week..
I couldn’t get to come as my schedule.
It was on Tuesday, I had Pragmatics final exam at 11 a.m and luckily my schedule was 12 a.m. I got Mrs. Sri permission to come late but something happened that I couldn’t come. After the examination, I got sick and there was something that I can’t forget even until now (LOL).
So I couldn’t tell you what happened on the second day because luckily, Septa who should be in charge with me that day happened to be sick too.
***
The third day,
I GOT TO BE IN MANOHARA VW OUTLET!
My favorite place LMAO
I was in the afternoon shift, with Mbak Nobi and she really anticipated that day. So I happened to exchange my contact with Mbak Nobi and she likes to contact me when we have spare time. The night before, she asked me when is my shift and we were happy af knowing that we will be together that day.
Nothing special, really. It was just a common day in VW Outlet.
Ah! Our DPL and some lecturers had visited us along with Mr. Agus.
Mr. Ferri, Mr. Boris and Mr. Taufiq visited us around 3 p.m when the visitors started to slope.
Here the proof! (sorry, it’s blurry -_-)
Tumblr media
A BONUS THEN! My favorites in VW Outlet  ❤
Tumblr media
The third day done with me took Mbak Nobi up to the cashier (LMAO)  ❤
***
The forth day...
Hmm...
Sorry to say but I was sick on that day. Again.
I don’t really know what happened with me this week but on that I didn’t really want to wake that my head hurt so much while in the afternoon I had to go to campus for “Pembekalan PPL Nasional 2019″.
(to be honest, on the third day, I was not really well that I kept saying my head hurt but I can hold it up)
So nothing happened in the forth day :(
***
The fifth day...
Haaaa.... IT IS ABOUT THE TIME WE HAVE TO SAY GOODBYE!
The fifth day, it was the day I write this post. It just happened to be this afternoon. I got to be in Manohara VW Outlet for morning shift. Nothing special happened until 1 p.m.
So the night before, Mr. Agus has invited us to come in Avadhana at 1 p.m. It is about ‘Penarikan’ but unfortunately, on that time, our chancellor came to Manohara Restaurant. We had to meet him and TAA-DAA...
It was an honor for us to met him when we were practicing here. We show him that we were his good students to bring the university’s name!
A PROOF! (OMG pardon my face -_-)
Tumblr media
Then when he left, we went to Avadhana and it was the time... when... we... were... saying... thank you.
No goodbye yet. We still had two days ahead so our goodbye going to be on the next Sunday. It was just the official ‘Penarikan’ because on the 15th of July 2019 we have to start the PPL Nasional 2019.
It was just a talk, about our feeling when we practiced here, what we have learned, what we got, and more. We were really thankful to Manohara team because... We won’t get this chance twice. It was great experience for me to be here. I feel so lucky, anyway.
We haven’t shed our tears (WISH NO NEED :)) and we haven’t finished yet!
BONUS  ❤

MANOHARA - Week 4
ONE MORE WEEK AND I AM DONE!
Finally I got to write the forth week.
So...
I’m not going to tell you the detail of each day in the forth week because I was just in Manohara AVIS and Manohara VW Outlet. Nothing special happened during the week that what I did and what I got on the days were all the same.
Started from the 1st July 2019, I got to be in Manohara AVIS and on that time I was in charge with Mbak Sri until 6 p.m. I got to accompany her, counting down everything started from the stocks and the incomes, and we got to watched a movie after (I just downloaded a movie and we watched it together for a while). No special customers, no odd customers, everyone were the same.
Then on the 2nd - 4th of July 2019, I got to be in Manohara VW Outlet and during those days, nothing special. Ah! I got to be in charge with Mbak Berliana (she is a staff and luckily she was a friend from the school of my friend). Same with what happened in Manohara AVIS, no special customers, no odd customers, everyone were the same.
OH! On the 4th of July, I got to be there up until 10 a.m only because I had a Semantics final-exam so I had to go to campus. That day was the first time for me to made juices there after this long time I could only got to make burger, hot-dog, and pizza. It was only me, Mas Hendi, Mas Galih and Vina (a casual) so that’s why Mas Hendi asked me to make the juice. I wasn’t sure that time but Mas Galih said it taste good (LOL I FEEL PROUD).
Hmm... What else?
Hmm... Nothing really special that’s why I couldn’t remember what happened.
The last day of the week... Same as the week before, I got to be in Manohara Restaurant for the morning shift. I though it was the day I finally met my senior when I was in Junior High School. She is Mbak Ica and during the time we were taking the breakfast voucher from the guests, we were talking back about the moments in Junior High School.
Then..
Hmm...
No more.
Nothing special. Really. The forth week feels like the most usual week. Maybe it is because we have final exam too.
A BONUS THEN FOR THE 4TH WEEK!

MANOHARA - Week 3
Week 3! Week 3! Week 3!
Hello...
Still with me of course because I write it on the same day LMAO
I’m going to tell you my third week in Manohara Restaurant when this is my happiest week from all the weeks (LMAO)
So.. In the third week... I happened to be in Manohara AVIS and Manohara VW Outlet.
The first day I was in Manohara AVIS and it was an amazing day by the way!
I finally got to be in Manohara AVIS for the full time and I got to know more about the people in charge there. I got to know Mas Willis, Mas Pram, and Mbak Sri.
One thing I like from AVIS because... we got more customers than when I was in VW Outlet or in the restaurant. I will tell you more about AVIS in detail in another posts so here I’m going to share what happened on that day.
I could remember vividly, that I had to accompany Mbak Sri until it closed. It was Tuesday and there were a lot of people came to Borobudur so there were a lot people came to AVIS. They were not stop by to buy drinks but they were also come to watch the film that AVIS have about Borobudur Temple.
I didn’t get a chance to take pictures from AVIS but I got a time lapse from where I stand.
youtube
Nothing special happened in Manohara AVIS anyway. It was just a busy day and I feel so tired because I don’t think I got the chance to sit down because people kept coming and buy.
***
The second day...
I was in Manohara Restaurant for the morning shift. I’m not really sure what happened on that day because I got confuse. I couldn’t remember well that day. I feel that I didn’t switch the schedule with anyone but...
Let’s say that nothing really happened on that day.
It was a busy morning with hundred packages of sunrise guests and breakfast.
***
The third day...
I switched my schedule with someone because in the afternoon I had to go to campus. I had a class so I was in Manohara AVIS for morning shift instead of in Manohara Restaurant for the 12 p.m shift.
I came a little bit early that I was only with Mas Pram and did not know what to do because he is that type of quite guy. I could remember that the time I arrived there, I helped him cleaning up around the AVIS then I went to Manohara VW Outlet and stayed there for a long time (no more than an hour anyway). I need to talk with someone so I just went there and greeted the people there.
Then when I got back to AVIS, I did not stand on the cashier because that day was not really hectic and Mas Pram is already with Mas Dedi. I got to sit in front of the studio and got to do my Qualitative Research task by the way (LMAO)
Of course, I got their permission first and they said it was OK for me to bring the task there as long as I stay on the job and helped them if they need. Luckily, that day was not really busy so I got to finish a journal and got to helped them before I go home.
I got to go home earlier anyway. I need to attend a class so around 2.30 p.m, I went to campus.
Nothing special happened. Really.
***
The forth day...
(OMG I don’t know it will be this tired :””)
I got to be in Manohara VW OUtlet.
AFTER A LONG TIME I FINALLY GOT TO REUNITE WITH THE PEOPLE I LOVE!!!
No. I am kidding. But... To be honest, I do love to be in Manohara VW Outlet and AVIS more than the restaurant. I don’t know why but time flies so fast whenever I was there and I got to see more people there.
I know it is the fool me to say that I am tired and mad on the first day we started the day in Manohara but the more I feel, the more I love to be in Manohara VW Outlet and AVIS. I can be the real me there :”)
That day...
I was in charge to be in the cashier with Mbak Nia. I had to be there until 6 p.m so I helped them to be in cashier from 3 p.m until it closed. During that time, the visitors who came by to VW Outlet were not as much as in the morning or lunch time. It was the time the have to come out of the temple so they were not really into foods but drinks.
When there was no customer, I got to take another time lapse video from the cashier table. It was not long but I hope you see this so you could know what I see everytime I have to be in the cashier.
youtube
***
The last day of the third week,
I happened to be in Manohara Restaurant for the morning shift.
Tbh, I don’t get why I always get a morning shift before my day-off in a week.
So that time, I was in charge with Devi and it was such a busy day anyway. It was Saturday so the customers who came are more than usual. As usual, we were just taking order and helped the waiters clean up and set up the table. I do really want to help them delivering the food to the customers but I am afraid. I am afraid that I will make a mistake and my right hand was hurt that time so I didn’t help them.
We helped them folding the napkins too.
AH!
I remember now! There are some stories during the breakfast time.
So... The breakfast was a hectic as usual. There were about 250 sunrise packages. The guests came one by one. As they came, they kept getting odd like, first, there was a family, they were not the sunrise visitors but they want to enjoy the breakfast. They need to pay Rp 100.000,- for a set if they want to. They were Indonesian and sorry - we didn’t underestimate them - we thought that they will go but they still want they will pay for it. We were shocked by the way. It was rare HAHA
Another story came from a group of students. They didn’t have their tickets with them and they said that their guide have it. They didn’t even have the sunrise sticker with them but they want to eat (eh, wait. I couldn’t remember whether they have the sticker or not). On that time, Mrs. Nanik was with us so we let them got the breakfast. While they were eating, they kept looking at us like they were afraid if they shouldn’t be there. They looked like they were waiting for their guide but the guide didn’t show up. Until they finished their breakfast, the guide didn’t show up, and Mrs. Nanik had an act.
Unlucky you!
That’s what I could say for them. There was a miscommunication between them, the guide, and the Manohara team. So... They were the sunrise guests but they didn’t got the breakfast voucher. Instead, they got another voucher and it should not be the breakfast on the second floor of Manohara Restaurant. Because of that, they had to pay some and the problem solved with us shaking our head and laughed.
That was... the story on the last day in the third week.
PLEASE CHECK OUT THE FORTH WEEK!

MANOHARA - Week 2
HELLO......
Finally the second week comes like yeay, two weeks more!
Tumblr media
The first day in the second week..
I didn’t really remember what happened but one sure thing, I should be in Manohara Restaurant. I should came at 12 p.m shift but I was in Manohara VW Outlet that day. If I’m not mistaken, someone just switched her schedule with mine.
Ah! Before coming to the second week...
I FINALLY GOT TO GET A QUALITY TIME WITH MY EFC FRIENDS THAT I GOT TO HANG OUT WITH THEM LOL
(Van... back on the track please!)
Ok. So the first day in the second week, I got to meet Mas Hendi, Mbak Nobi, Mas Bayu and some casuals. Ah, I forget to tell you that there were some casuals from SMIP (I’m not really sure what it refers too but it is a school for tourism in Magelang that some of the students there had to help the Manohara team because it was a peak season).
You can see from the picture above. I don’t know who were sit in the middle and right but I’m sure the left one is Mas Hendi, he is the chef in charge for Manohara VW Outlet.
Nothing special happened in the first day but I got to know that we started selling hot-dog. I got to learn how to make it and it was easy just like how we make burger and pizza because the ingredients are all ready and we just need to arrange them into the shape. More details about the products in Manohara VW Outlet will be discussed on the other posts.
***
The second day in the second week was...
I got to be in Manohara Restaurant, for the morning shift and... AH! I remember what happened!
It was Thursday, 20th July 2019 and on that day we have BPK Penabur Sunrise package that Mrs. Titik asked for a help. We helped her by getting to Manohara Restaurant at 4 a.m for the sunrise and helped them to do the ticketing, distributing stickers, flashlight and souvenirs, and breakfast in Vitarka hall.
Ya... I remember. On that day... I got to be there at 4 a.m that I couldn’t stand the cold and my grandfather had to backed me up from the house.
They needed our help because the BPK Penabur students are about 300 students and they were fifth grade students. Really... They were so cute because it was a cold dawn and their sleepy-face was so natural.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Well.. This is how we are that morning.
I couldn’t get myself in the frame because I forget who took this picture but one sure thing it was not one of our team’s members.
That morning, I got to be in charge with Devi, Dea and Arum, while the Manohara team were Mrs. Rini, Mrs. Nanik, Mrs. Arin, Mr. Irwan, and more.
Here we are...
Tumblr media
(ok. sorry. it’s blurry.)
So...
On that time, four of us are in charge of distributing the souvenirs. If I’m not mistaken, before the students from BPK Penabur came down from the temple, we were going to go upstairs but the nearby gate has not been opened so we could only enjoy the sunrise from the hill near.
It was not a perfect sunrise because the temperature was so low that day and we were focusing more on how to get warm rather than enjoying the sunrise.
I could only get this picture (thanks to Adobe Lightroom it looks more amazing LOL).
Tumblr media
The second day happened to be like that.
I remember that on that day, I went home earlier than the schedule because I had a class and I had to go to the campus of course.
***
The third day in second week...
I switched my schedule with someone because on the next day I have a morning class. I should be in Manohara AVIS but I was in Manohara Restaurant at 12 p.m. It was my very first time to get the last shift. If we came at 12 p.m, then we would get home at 8 p.m.
Really. It was my very first time that I felt the time run so slow. It took so long to get to 8 p.m and the restaurant did not have a lot of customers that day.
AH! It was also the first time for me to meet the Sunset Package guests. So the guests who were enjoying the sunset will get a dinner package in Manohara Restaurant. I got to help the other on ticketing and luckily, there were just about eight people because the other guests did not take the dinner package. The dinner time finished in a short time that the staff there asked us to join them to have dinner and we got it.
The rest of the time...
We do nothing but chatted with the other until 8 p.m.
Nothing special happened anyway.
***
The forth day...
IT WAS MY VERY OWN EXPERIENCE BY THE WAY!
I remember now. I did not switch my schedule with someone but I switched it with mine. I should be in Manohara Restaurant started at 12 p.m but instead, I was there at 6 a.m. I got the permission to switch the schedule from Mrs. Sri Widarsih and she happened to ask me to help her on that day to stay at Manohara Restaurant first before I get to be in Manohara AVIS.
That time...
It was really a hectic day that we had about 300 more sunrise packages. The breakfast was so chaotic that the food kept running out and the people in the kitchen overwhelmed because the food stocks were running out and there were no more. I helped Mrs. Rini, going back and forth to the kitchen and the buffet (to refill it). I sometimes helped the waiters clean up the table and set it up again.
All I can remember is that on that time, I WAS ALONE AND MY FEET HURT!
Luckily, I got to be home at 2 p.m and before I went home, I got to be in Manohara Avis for the first time.
***
The fifth day...
I GOT TO BE AT MANOHARA AT 4 A.M AGAIN!
ANOTHER SUNRISE!
I was so happy, really.
I could got a chance to helped the Manohara team for another sunrise and it was the last day for BPK Penabur (well, it was the other BPK Penabur).
I was in charge with Devi and Ratna and what happened on that day was the same with what happened on the first day I got to be there for sunrise. But still... not going to the temple and enjoyed the sunrise there because we were so tired and we were not in the mood to move LOL.
I couldn’t get the picture when we were there and it’s so sad by the way :((
Another I could remember is that we were not helping the team for the breakfast because we were going back straight to the Manohara Restaurant.
THERE THE SECOND WEEK!
Loves.

MANOHARA - Week 1
Week 1 in Manohara Resto started from the 12th of July, 2019. It was Wednesday and it was still in ‘Lebaran’ vibe that some of us - especially me - feel not ready to get into the reality that we have to do the EFT in Practice. I still remember, it was at 9.00 a.m and we have to went to Avadhana in Manohara Hotel. The managers - Mr. Agus and Mrs. Titik - greeted and welcomed us at that place. We were not ready yet so during that time we were just keep quiet.
Here is how we looked like on that time (it shown by Ricky’s face btw). Ah... We went there with Mr. Ferri of course. He is the lecturer in charge for Manohara team.
Tumblr media
On that time, Mr. Agus and Mrs. Titik told us anything like what to wear during the practice days, what to do with this and that, how to do this and that, and more. Well, they are really kind. But...
For the first, I thought it was going to be an observation day only so I thought we were just going to go around the Manohara Hotel and Manohara Resto but once again, I got something unexpectedly.
I’m not going to grumble but it was really unexpected and I hate the fact that I was tired and mad that day.
So...
Yeah...
We really had a walk around the hotel that I got some picture like:
Tumblr media
It was the space in front of Avadhana room that lead us to Vitarka hall.
We went outside, had a walk around Avadhana like we visited the managers’ room, the hall, the hotel rooms (even though we couldn’t get to see how is the inside room) and some other rooms.
Then when we were done, Mr. Agus lead us to Manohara Resto and there is the real place where we work. The Manohara Resto is located near ‘Pintu 8′ that it is little bit far from the Manohara Hotel (because we went there through ‘Pintu 7′).
When we arrived there (ONCE AGAIN I THOUGHT WE WERE JUST GOING TO HAD A WALK OR SOMETHING), we went down straight to where the Manohara VW Outlet (it is something like a food-truck) and the Manohara AVIS (AVIS refers to Audio Visual, I am going to tell you more about it in another post).
Still with the thought that we were going to had a walk together as ten members but unexpectedly (gosh... Why do I like to say ‘unexpectedly’?), Mr. Agus asked me and Ricky to stay at the Manohara VW Outlet and helped the people who are in charge in that place.
For the sake of my life... (no I’m kidding)
I’m at loss because... WE STARTED TO WORK ON THAT DAY!
We really started to work on the day when I keep thinking that it will going to be just an observation day, that I’m just going to have a walk around the place, that I will be home at the napping time.
Honestly, I was mad at that time because everything shocked me and I couldn’t get why...
Tumblr media
I think it was the first picture taken in Manohara VW Outlet.
There, I got to meet Mrs. Rini and Mrs. Sri Widarsih, the person in charge for the Manohara restaurant, Manohara VW Outlet and Manohara AVIS.
That time, Mrs. Rini and Mrs. Sri were there too to help the chefs and the casuals. I remember that during that day, the Manohara VW Outlet sells about 300 burgers up until 3 p.m. No wonder I feel tired and because I think I’ve made about a hundred pieces with Ricky when the chef - it was Mas Hendi - went up to the restaurant and we were the one who help the other chef - Mbak Novita but we call her Mbak Nobi.
There... I got to learn how to make burger and I’m a professional at making burger now with my status as English Department student LOL (I AM KIDDING EVERYONE DONT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!)
The first day - let’s count it as the first day - was like that and I was just tired and mad and tired and mad and tired and.. STOP VAN! The first day ended at 4p.m. We were going home and distressed LOL
***
Then the next day...
The second day...
THE OFFICIAL STARTING DAY...
We’ve got our schedule and yaaa... I was so happy because I got to be in Manohara VW Outlet again and my thoughts remain the same, that I will just make hundred pieces of burger.
Here is our schedule if you are curious.
Tumblr media
The blue one means we have to be in Manohara VW Outlet so as you can see, I have four days straight to be there and I was like... OK, be strong Vanny!
The second day was little bit easy by the way. Maybe because I’m done with the things and I was good enough to make burger without their order. That day was not so hectic because the visitors are not as much as the first day. We weren’t making 300 pieces of burger.
Ah! I almost forget to tell you! I’m going to talk about Manohara VW Outlet in another post so don’t worry! 걱정하지 마십시오!
The second day... I started to talk much than before because I finally got to know each person in Manohara VW Outlet.
Nothing special in the second day so I’m just going to skip to the third day where I GOT TO BE CLOSER TO THE PEOPLE THERE!
The third day... (UWUUUUU)
I got to show them how I really am - the talkative me. It shocked them by the way. The thought I’m that type of person who is calm, graceful, and something like that but the fact is I AM SO LOUD (LOL).
Nothing special on the third day. It was not that hectic too and maybe because it was Friday, the visitors were not that crowded.
And the third day happened to be like that.
Then the forth day...
The special thing to be happened in the forth day was the new menu. It was pizza and I was not that good at making it.
The fifth day...
I still got to be in Manohara VW Outlet. I became more pro in making pizza and I was a pro at making burger that when there was a new casual, Mbak Nobi told her that she should ask me because I am good at making it that time. I FEEL SO PROUD OF COURSE! I could tell that they trust me.
Then the sixth day...
HERE WE COME WHERE I FINALLY MOVE FROM MANOHARA VW OUTLET!
The sixth day, I had to be in Manohara Resto and it was the first time I had to come to work at 6 a.m. It was so cold and on that time I got to meet about 100 guests for Manohara Sunrise Package (I am going to tell you about Manohara Sunrise and Sunset Package). I helped them out like checking out which menu is getting empty, do the clean up, do the set up, fold the napkins, taking orders, giving the bar-codes to the tickets, and more. The atmosphere in the restaurant was little bit different from the Manohara VW Outlet that I felt more happy to be in the outlet rather than in the restaurant. But once again... It was just time which will help me to face anything and be able to feel happy in every places.
And so...
The first week in Manohara ended by me getting a morning schedule in Manohara Restaurant.

Hi, MANOHARA!
Hello everyone...
I don’t really want to introduce myself but I must. So...
Hi, I’m Zhephthievanny Arif Zunithasarry, a twenty-something girl in her 3rd year of college life and this blog is dedicated for the journey I got for the last one month.
So, what did I get for ‘that’ month?
Well, it was my decision to choose English for Tourism rather than English for Children when I was in the 4th and 5th semester, and it happened that I have to take the English for Tourism in Practice this semester.
For the first time, I thought I’m going to be put in a place that is common but unexpectedly, I got to be put in a very great place. I’ve never imagine that I could be here because... Wait. I’m not really sure if I could say this but I’m not that good. Among my team members, I think I am not as good as them (honestly I feel so small between them like I am just a potato there LOL). But then... What my DPL (how to call the lecturer in charge of the team?) said, cheered me up. He said that all the members have their own things and we are all special (I FEEL PROUD HERE HAHAHAHAHA)
Then HERE WE ARE!
The special kids (oops!), stepped their feet and started their practice in Manohara Resto, one great place in Borobudur Area, which all people saying ‘WOW’ when they hear us that we have to get the practice here (HAHAHAHAHA)
So ladies and gentlemen...
Some following posts are going to be the journey of mine in Manohara Resto.
Love,
ZHE.
