i feel lost

and i dont’ know why

nothing has changed and a couple days ago i felt fine. but right now i just want to cry and take a day in bed. but i can’t. i need to go to the gym and lose weight and eat dand order pizza for movie night tonight. i don’t know what i want in life. i don’t know who i am. i don’t know why i am the way i am and why i can’t figure it out. i don’t know what to do with myself. and weird thing is i don’t even know if this is related to my depression. it just feels like a general.
