A Birthday of Surprises!
Tumblr media
He stood in the bedroom where the sleeping birthday girl was laying. Gently he placed the tray on the table beside the bed and moved over to her. He sat on the edge of the bed and gently placed his hand on the womans arm. "Reylis.." He softly said, leaning down to place a kiss on the side of her head, gently moving the soft black tresses from her tanned face.
As the woman stirred, the young man smiled and sat back up. Reylis slowly moved to sit up, rubbing her eyes. "Goodmorning, birthday girl." Arimm said with a smile on his lips. Reylis blinked a couple of times before looking at the man. "Wait.." She looked over to the table that had the tray of hot food on it then looked at Arimm. "Happy birthday." Arimm said with a smile. The woman jumped over to him, wrapping her arms around him tight. Arimm hugged her tight, giving her a kiss on the head then her lips. "We have a big day today. The little one is being taken care by Sina today. Seems it's...everyone's birthday today." He rubbed the back of his head, feeling like that was such an unreal type of thing even though it was true. Reylis giggled a bit, sitting the tray on her lap a bit more comfortable. "What can I say, why do you think we all act like sisters?" She shot the paladin a wink before sipping the hot coffee carefully.
Arimm smiled with a chuckle. "Yeah, you all do get along very well. Thankfully. Anyway, for your birthday gift you are going to have to wait till the party we have planned for you all. Then after the party, what happens here?" He gave her a small smirk with a wink to follow. "Guess you'll have to find out." He leaned in to kiss her soft lips, the faint taste of the coffee still there. He leaned in a bit more, careful not to hit the tray of food that sat on her lap and soft pressed his lips against her neck here and there, small teasing kisses to give a hint of what was to come later. Reylis closed her eyes, feeling that warm feeling on her neck. She gave him a playful soft breath with a playful wiggle. "Mmm better stop before I forget I have food on my lap." She said in his ear. The man shivered slightly at her voice and leaned back with a smile. "But we do have a long day aside from the party. Going to a few places." He said standing up. Reylis nodded and began to eat happily in bed. Today was her day and Arimm was going to make the best of it to the best of his abilities.
"Another year, Another special day, A day you came into this world. An angel of true beauty and wonder. Our paths might not have crossed for quite some time, but in the end we found each other that faithful day. But today isn't about us, it is soley about you."
Arimm said as he walked to the door of the bedroom smiling. Reylis smiled at him, her cheeks a rosey pink color already. “Where are you going?” She asked curiously. Arimm just smiled back at her, holding up one finger. “Just stay here, eat and relax. I want today to be one of the best days for you.” He said and walked out of the room. Not a sound aside from the soft chewing in the woman’s head.
    (Music)
Finally after what felt like five minutes, a soft sound of a piano could be heard throughout the house. Reylis blinked, completely forgetting they actually had a piano. Arimm had usually played this when something was on his mind but this song sounded so happy, joyful and calming. The song wasn’t extremely fast, but not extremely slow. Soft in tone, from the heart. It caused the woman to tear up just from the start of it. One could tell Arimm placed his heart into playing this song. Did he make it? Or was it a song he had heard a long time ago.
“I play this for her. A song that was played to me oh so long ago on the last birthday that was ever celebrated with my mother. A song that means everything to me. A song that will forever be in my heart...just as she will be.”

- Birthday wishes -
Arimm had gone out for a while alone, to do the grocery shopping, said he would be back in a few hours, I let him think that I’d forgotten about his birthday.  I didn’t forget.   I pulled a box from under the bed and made sure the contents were still there, and untampered with.  I then quickly searched my closet for another box that I had hidden behind my formal gowns and began decorating the house with balloons that I’d bought from the Darkmoon Faire.
My heart dropped hearing a knock on the door, peeking hesitantly out of the window, I saw Teni and Kessy standing there, Teni holding a box in her hand, and Kessy with a small decorative bag, and I quickly let them in.    “Sorry we’re early?” Teni looked at me apologetically after seeing that I was in the middle of decorating.
“No no. Its fine, I need to hurry, don’t know how much more time that I have before he gets back.”   I replied to her as I scurried around the house, the little one in her small crib, rolling her head around trying to watch me.  Kessy moved over to the crib, peeking inside, then gently scooping my baby up and holding her, rubbing her back and patting gently.  She was close to having her own as well, My guess after seeing my self pregnant, she looked like she was about eight months, close to nine.  It wouldn’t be long and she’d be a mother.
My hand worked quickly to create small lights made of arcane, and they danced around the ceiling, Teni chuckled, watching me throw the spells around, I looked over at her. “What? Oh come on, like you never thought about it.. Or used your spells for decoration?”
“I never said that.” she grinned, another knock on the door, and Kessy peeked out the window, it was Aedrya.  Kessy let her in, and Teni smiled.  “Thank you for coming.  Lets get started shall we?”  She and Teni took to the kitchen, preparing a nice meal for Arimm.
I peeked in, watching them as they worked with the raw meat, seasoning it with various spices and herbs.  It smelt good already, and Aedrya started cooking it.  Searing the meat, cooking it to perfection while Teni was preparing the rest of the meal. Potatoes, Carrots, Salad of various lettuces shredded carrots, and diced ham and cheese in it.   I gave them a hand with pulling a bowl of unbaked yeast from the icebox and finish preparing it to be cooked in the oven.   “Thank you.. All of you for helping.”
Teni patted me on the shoulder and smiled. “You’ve been a long time friend Rey, this is the least we could do.  We’ll take the baby with us while you two have a night alone to celebrate his birthday.”  She nodded to me, then looked to Aedrya, she was new to the circle of friends and family, and Teni told me that she worked for her and Zenny at the school. She seemed sweet enough.  I was okay with her being in my home.
I used my abilities that I was taught in my teenaged years, early teenaged years, and produced a cake, moist, delicious, decorating it with a quick production of icing.  Making sure it wasn’t too sweet, nor too bitter or bland.   I look over to Aedrya and the steaks, they were nearly done, and she was setting up the plates, Teni grabbing utensils and set those up as well, fixing some tea, I set that out quickly, then looking around.
Decorations, check. Food. Check. Present, check.  Me dressed, check.  Teni and Aedrya finished setting up the last few details, and Kessy put my little girl back in her crib, the three said their goodbyes and headed out the door.  Within a few minutes after their departure, Arimm showed up.
A look of shock on his face as I spoke to him as he was walking in the door.  “Happy birthday, beloved.”

The Little Things in Life
Tumblr media
“I stand here and hold this new baby girl of ours..I can’t help but think ‘Wow..I’m a dad now..’. It’s something I never thought I’d say or even think in a long time but..now I am. I’m married and with a little baby girl. I look at Reylis and I see that smile, it reminds me of the brightest of lights. The reason I wake up in the morning. Now I have this little girl..and I just can’t help but smile even more.”

The Unexpected Meeting
“Zeniren?”
The young paladin called out. Zeniren smiled and turned himself to face the young one. “Ah, Arimm. Good to see you after a little while. I’m glad you came by.” The magister said standing up. He made his way over to the young knight, shaking his hand firmly then into a hug. He was family after all. Arimm smiled, hugging the man back. It had been a while since they last saw each other. With all thats been happening in Draenor and with Reylis and him having a little baby girl, things never aligned themselves for a short visit on either side. The Academy was holding the Magsiters attention quite tight, giving him hardly any free time to think on important matters that didn’t involve themselves with the school.
“You said there was something important you needed to talk with me about? Is everything okay, Zen?”
The magister moved back behind his table, sitting down with the young man. “In truth, I have no idea at the moment.” The mage said, moving a couple of pens and papers off to the side of his desk. Those aqua eyes now looked across at the young man, looking him over slowly. Something was off about Arimm and the magister couldn’t tell what it was. He seemed to be acting fine. Calm and collected. A bit tired from the obvious of the new baby, but that was beside the point.
“Do you remember me speaking to you and Reylis about the camps in lower Talador being destroyed about a month ago? Do you remember how frequently I said they were happening?”
Arimm nodded, remembering the exact conversation. His eyes narrowed at the memory. It was like something out of a horror book. “I remember. You said they were happening almost as fast as you could keep up with. Camp after camp being destroyed, all with the same result. Black flames and ash. Nothing, not a soul left.” He paladin shifted in his seat, leaning his elbows on his plate covered knees. His eyes never left the magister, not for a second. “Why, whats going on now?”

“Oh no, oh no, oh Light what do I do?!”
The young Paladin panicked as he heard Reylis in the other room. “ARIMM!!!!” She screamed out. Quickly he rushed back into the bedroom, seeing the woman sitting on the side of the bed. The blanket had been torn just from her grip and nails. Her eyes were...

The Arrival of the End: Part 1
A few hours had past since the talk between the warrior and the paladin. Such an unexpected rush of events had thrown some off guard, but it was a situation that needed to be handled, and end once and for all. Some had been dealing with it for years, some just knew about it. But it was going to end, once and for all.
———————————————- The young paladin looked at the rogue, slipping his gauntlets over his hands. “Zy, our bikes are still at your shop, right?” Arimm asked curiously. Zydaren nodded, standing up and crossing his arms over his chest. “Yeah, I finished the little minor repairs needed on ‘em. Ya gonna take em there?” Arimm nodded, placing his sword and shield on his back. “Good. I’ll need that little extra you added. And yes, we are taking them to the manor. I know Zath will want to just drop in from his drake..but that is what Xal will be expecting.” Zy nodded with a smirk, walking up to the paladin and placed his hand on the young mans shoulder. “You got this, man. Take this son of a bitch out!” Arimm smirked and nodded, placing his own hand on Zy’s shoulder. “We will.” ————————

Hell Unleashed: Final Part 1
All eyes widened as the limp body of the shadow priest fell to the ground, eyes empty, almost lifeless. Her mind nothing but numb. Kestriena reach out for her younger sister, but her attempts were stopped by Zathorin who held her back. The warrior knew this is what Cyrian wanted.
"Taking out your own people, I should have expected something like this from you Cyrian!" Zathorin said with a deep growl. His hands gripping his swords tight.
Arimm held his own sword in front of him. He glared up at the Fel Blood that stood up above them with anger in his eyes. “Despite everything Xaldarien and Karma did, it gave you no right to do what you did. You say the Light is nothing but a false belief, that our people should have stayed with Kael’thas..power isn’t the only thing that matters in this world Cyrian! In reality this is nothing but a childish act of revenge for something that died long ago! If your cause is so great, the world has yet to hear it. And it won’t. I’ll show you how wrong you are by saying the Light is a false belief!” Arimm gripped his sword tight in front of him, an orb that seemed to float almost at the top of the blade glowed brightly with Light.
Cyrian lowered his head ever so slightly, keeping his eyes on the paladin. A smirk crossed his lips as he remained still at where he stood. A small chuckle left his throat, his hands moved out to his sides, his free hand open with his blade out on his other. “Then show me what the Light can really do. Come and try. The same goes for you Pup. I want to see the full effects of what happen all those years ago, and what the results have evolved to.” Cyrians eyes glowed a mixture of dark fel green and dark violet color. The man stepped forward, his body slowly descened to the level of the others. “Shall we begin?”

An End to The Past
( Music )
"Shatel cerin dal mintar! Let us finish this!!"
The hulking demon like creature that was the fel blood warlock stood before the three. Arimm held his sword in front of him. Zathorin his own two blades. Kestriena readied herself even though her strength at the moment was little to none.
Cyrian gave an evil smirk. His gaze traveling from each of the three that stood before him. “You have fought demons, you have fought the likes of the World Breaker himself..” The dark purple eyes of the ‘man’ stopped on Zathorin for a moment. “Beasts..” His gaze traveled to Arimm. “But not once have you truly fought a Fel Blood. One of the last remaining followers of Kael’thas!” The demons wings extended quickly outwards, his hands claw like, arms crossed over his head. Flames began to erupt from the demons body like a pulse. “The Worgen experiment was a failure..and all failures need to be exterminated as well as the Light!!”
Arimm, Zathorin and Kestriena held their arms out in front of them, the hot flames just barely missing them. “We have to end this now Zath..” Arimm said looking over at the warrior. The warriors eyes, shining a bright beast like golden color.
The grip the warrior held his blades caused the leather on the hilts to creak under his grip. Without a word, the warrior began to charge at the demon, letting out an angered war cry. “RAAAAAAH!!!!” Half way through Zathorins charge, the warrior leaped into the air. His body began to spin quickly with both of his blades like a saw. Quickly after Zathorin had sprinted off, Arimm followed behind. His lips moved, but no words were said as he had casted a spell on himself, allowing him to move with extreme speed. Kestriena’s fingers locked together in front of her, her eyes glowing a bright glow as dark green fel flames appeared in her joined hands. She knew the boys would be hit by her attack, so she waited for an opening.
Cyrian smirked, eyeing the warriors attempts to attack him from above with such an attack. His thick demon wings were quick to cover him from the attack. The warriors blades mere were a tickle to the thick wings. As Zathorin had finally stopped spinning, his blades were caught in a horn of the wings, not moving an inch. An angry battle cry was heard behind the demon, this caused Cyrian to turn his head slightly, seeing the paladin had some how gotten behind him and was ready to strike. Cyrian smirked and just as the paladin was about to slice through him, the demon had faded into a ball of purple shadows, causing Arimm to miss entirely. Zathorin landed on his feet, standing next to Arimm. The two looked around quickly, searching for where Cyrian had disappeared to.
Arimms eyes widened as he looked towards Kestriena. “KES LOOK OUT!!” Zathorin turned to look at Kestriena, seeing the hulking demon towering over the almost withered woman. Her eyes widened as she quickly turned around only to yet again have a tight demon hand wrapped around her throat. Her body was lifted up, gasps for air left her lips. Cyrian smirked as he lifted the woman up.
"CYRIAN LET HER GO!!!!" Zathorin roared as he charged the demon head on. Cyrian gave a dark echoing snicker, quickly turning Kestriena in his grip. Her body was now against Cyrians, almost as if Cyrian was using the woman as a shield. "Ah, ah ah, we wouldn’t want your precious little lover to be harmed would we?" Cyrians left hand moved towards Kestrienas neck. Razor sharp nails nipped at the side of the fragile womans neck, Cyrians eyes never leaving Zathorin and Arimm. Zathorin stopped in place, looking at the two, growling deeply, unknowing of what to do.
"You’d use her as a shield..why am I not surprised." Arimm said as he glared at the demon. Kestriena tried her best to move out of the tight grip Cyrian had on her, but it was useless. Her body was too weak, and the demons grip was almost sucking the life out of her. The paladin stood still, watching Zathorin, Kestriena and Cyrian for a moment. His left hand left his sword but just a few inches. His lips moving just ever so slightly as he now was staring at Kestriena. A dim flash of light left his hands and suddenly, every cut and bruise on Kestrienas body had been healed. Her eyes widened slightly at the feeling of her body. almost strong enough to fight back. Another flash of light left the paladins hand, unseen by Zathorin or Cyrian.
Kestriena slowly closed turned her hands in the direction of the demon that held her. Her head turned to look up at the demon. “Let me go you bastard!!!” She yelled out before letting a wave of dark green fel flames out, almost blasting the demon away from her. She landed on the ground on her feet, but just barely.
Cyrian let out a deep roar of pain, covering his face from the flames. Zathorin and Arimm took this chance and charged quickly at the demon. The warrior had leaped into the air, landing behind Cyrian. His blades quickly were swung, slicing into the back of the demon. Arimm quickly did his part and swung his own sword at the chest of Cyrian, letting a nice gash open on the demons chest. “GAAAH!!!” Cyrian wailed out. The two knights were about to swing at the demon once more until Cyrian stood back up. “ENOUGH!!!”
With his arms crossed over his face, wings covering the front of his body, his arms and wings extended out just as the blades were about to make contact. Zathorin and Arimm stopped short at the sudden out burst of strength the demon showed. “NOT EVEN THE WORLD BREAKER’S CATACLYSM COULD HAVE CAUSED THE AMOUNT OF DESTRUCTION THE MASTER WILL GIVE THIS PATHETIC WORLD!! HERE IS JUST A TASTE!!!!” Arimms eyes widened, he quickly turned to Kestriena who was behind him, one hand extended towards Zathorin, the other towards Kestriena.
As if it was in sync, Cyrian had unleashed a fel energy like blast around him. The ‘Cataclysmic’ like force at exploded all around the demon, sending dark fel like flames to consume everything around him in a small distance.
Smoke and flames had consumed the area. As the smoke had cleared, Cyrian looked around slowly, breathing slightly heavily from the amount of energy he had released in that last attack. He turned to look at Zathorin and smirked. Zathorin had be thrown back against the wall and was now on the floor, eyes closed. The demon turned his head to look towards Kestriena, she too was laying on the floor on her back. A distance away, the paladin laid still. Dark flames licked his plated armor, singing the fabric of his tabard and tassles.
Slowly Zathorin had gathered the strength to look up, seeing the demon peering over the three. Kestriena had slowly gathered her senses as well, looking around slowly for Zathorin and Arimm, and more importantly, Cyrian. Arimm on the other hand, did not move. Kestriena looked over from Zathorin and Cyrian, seeing that Arimm was not moving. His eyes were closed, blood dripping down his lips and head. Small flames eating away at his armor. She quickly looked down at herself, her hands touching her face…”I’m okay..” She whispered to herself. Kestriena looked over towards Zathorin who was slowly moving to stand. He too was unharmed, just thrown back. Her eyes quickly looked at Arimm and her thoughts quickly figured out what had happened just mere seconds before the blast.
Arimm quickly extended his hands in both Zathorin and Kestrienas directions. His lips moved quickly and both the warrior and warlock were shielded, only being thrown back from the force of the blast, having Arimm taking the full blast head on.
"Arimm.." She said in a whisper, now glaring at Cyrian. Zathorin had looked towards Arimm, realizing what happened. The warrior pulled his swords from the wall where they had been thrown during the blast, focusing back on Arimm and Cyrian. He didn’t realize it, but Arimm had been thrown across the entire room and Cyrian was standing right over the paladin.
"Do you see it now, boy? How the Light will forsake you in the end.." The demon extended his hand down, his claw like fingers extended out. Arimm slowly stirred, barely lifting his upper half up. His head rose up, looking up directly at the demon hand that was now in his face. His eyes glared up at the demon, eyeing him directly in the eyes. Slowly a small flame began to swirl in Cyrians hand. Arimm had no strength to move or cast any sort of spell on himself. His eyes looked at the flame, in the center of the flame, what looked be an evil dragon roaring at him could be seen. "Now you will die..just like your parents and the rest of this world!"
"Arimm!!" Both Zathorin and Kestriena yelled out.
Cyrian rose a brow at the voices of Zathorin and Kestriena but did not move. He knew that Zathorin and Kestriena could not reach him from how far away they were. Kestriena was too weak to cast any spell and Zathorin was not fast enough. He only smirked, chuckling deeply at his victory. “I will destroy them next and burn your ashes in the pits of hell!!!” Arimm closed his eyes, struggling to keep himself up. He knew this was the end, he felt the flames of the demons attack licking at his face already.
Cyrian chuckled more and more, letting the spell in his hand become more and more powerful, wanting to..quite literally, destroy every bit of the paladin. Zathorin began to rush towards Cyrian, even though he knew he would be too late. “CYRIAN NO!” The demon cackled madly only to let out a loud roar of pain.
Just as Cyrian was about to release his blast, a blast very similiar to the one Cyrian had waiting made contact directly with the side of Cyrians body, causing the large demon to stagger, roaring out in pain. “AGH!!” Cyrian let out with a demonic echo. Arimm, Zathorin and Kestriena quickly looked to where the blast had came from, their eyes widening at the sight of the young crimson haired warlock standing their, a glare on his face, a hand extended with a dim fel green glow, panting heavily as blood dripped from his lips and chest. “KILL HIM NOW!!!” Xaldarien screamed.
( Music )
Arimm quickly closed his eyes, his lips moving. “Light, give me the strength and your guidance!!” Arimms eyes quickly opened, shining with a bright light. He quickly stood to his feet, his hand out to his side. Bright wings of light emerged from his back, slowly moving. A flash of light appeared in his right hand, forming a blade of pure light in his hand. Arimm let out a battle cry, now sprinting with the light increasing his speed.
Cyrian quickly tried to regain himself, but was too late. Arimm dashed quickly beside the demon, his blade of light slicing through the demon. Quickly Arimm turned himself around after dashing past and dashed once again from behind, letting his blade of light slice through the demon again and again. Finally after six times of dashing what almost looked like through the demon, Arimm quickly stopped himself and turned to Zathorin. “NOW!”
Zathorin quickly looked at the demon who stood still, beams of light appeared in certain areas of the demon that appeared to be cracks in his skin. The warrior quickly charged and leaped in the air, his twin blades flipped in his hands down. With a loud angered battle cry, Zathorin landed ontop of the demon, stabbing both of his blades in the heart of Cyrian. With a loud cry of agonizing pain, Cyrian began to flail about. “NO!! This..cannot..HAPPEN!! I’m sorry my Prince..I am sorry my MASTER!!!” Cyrian slowly staggered back, both of Zathorins blades sticking out from his gushing chest and finally fell to his back. His body..limp and unmoving, giving the sure sign..he was finally dead.
( End music )
Arimm and Zathorin panted heavily. They slowly walked to one another, keeping their eyes on the dead demon. The warrior pulled both of his blades from the large demons chest. “Finally…” He muttered, grunting and wincing, pain setting in from the entire fight. Kestriena had already made her way beside her warrior, looking up at him with worry in her face. She looked over at Arimm. “Thank you Arimm..if it wasn’t for you we-” Kestriena stopped her words as Arimm began to speak. “It’s alright. I’ll be fine. I’m just glad you both are okay and that this is all over..”
Arimms ears perked up, his head quickly turned to look to his right. “Where did he..” He went to say. It seemed as if the young warlock and priest had disappeared. Arimm gave a faint smile, lifting his hand to wipe the blood from his lip. “I knew there was good in you..thank you.”
Xaldarien and Karma had made their way up into a room from where they both had emerged from earlier in the time. Xaldarien slowly slid down the wall, Karma holding onto him. Worry was all over her face as the warlock held onto two soulstones. Both empty from what it appeared. “I am glad..I took these when I did..” he tried to say, trying to give Karma some sort of reassuring smile, then turning his eyes to look out of the small area of the curtain that hid him and Karma. Karma just smiled softly at him and lifted the warlock up, taking him to treat his wounds.
"It’s over..it’s finally over.."

The Final Reuinion (Arimms POV)
Arimm turned the knob to the door slowly, he paused for a moment, closing his eyes as a small prayer that Teni had taught him went through his mind. The young man took a deep breath and walked through the door, unknowing of what was behind it. As Arimm closed the door behind him, his eyes looked around a very large room. Candles lit the room with a warm glow. A few windows, yet no sun shined through them due to the large amount of trees that were outside this manor. Arimm slowly walked farther into the room, his eyes scanning around until the made contact with something in the center of the room.
There stood a large figure. Thick armor plates covering them from head to toe. it’s back to the paladin.. Arimm held his shield tight, readying himself to draw his blade. “I don’t know who you are, but whatever reason you are helping Xaldarien and Cyrian, I hope it’s a good one.” The armored knight’s head slowly turned back in Arimms direction, then it’s body followed after, turning completely around to the paladin. Arimm drew his sword from his back quickly, readying himself in case of a quick attack. Arimm knew that just because you wore thick armor, didn’t mean you were slow.

The News: Part 2
( Music )
"I know where the guy is at."
The familiar voice turned every head within the room. Leaning against the counter was Zydaren, the friendly rogue to all within the room. Zathorin narrowed his golden eyes at the man, rage boiling inside of him was obvious just from his facial expression. Arimm saw this and slowly began to move in front of Zathorin.
"You knew where Xaldarien was the entire time, and you didn't say anything?!" Zathorin said with tightened fists, already walking over to the rogue. Zydaren kept himself where he was, looking at Zath with a surprised expression, holding his hands in front of him. "Whoa, hold up, I didn't know ya were lookin' for him too! I've only been where the guy lives once! He was tryin' t'get me t'work for him. Talkin' about keepin' an eye on some Silas dude."
Arimm saw Zathorin walking to Zy in a rage. He moved himself more in front of the warrior, just in case he'd try to hurt the man. The paladins ears perked at the mention of the name 'Silas', he looked at Zy as he felt Zathorin breathing down his neck, the rage emitting from the warrior like an unholy aura. "Alright, hold on. Everyone calm down." Arimm said, eyeing Zathorin behind him with his head turned ever so slightly, just enough to see the warrior. "Zy, you said you have been in Xal's manor because he tried to recruit you to watch after a man named Silas? How long ago was this?" Arimm said now looking at Zy.
Zy lowered his hands, his left index finger tapping his leather pants as the thought crossed his mind. "Was a while back. Way longer before I met any of ya. Like.." The rogue scratched his neck, trying to remember. It truly had been so long ago, the rogue had been through quite a bit of things since then he couldn't remember off the top of his head. "I can't remember when, but I do remember where. And honestly, you might be surprised where." The rogue said, lifting himself off of the counter.
Arimm, Zathorin and everyone else kept their eyes on Zydaren, waiting for the man to say the location of such a long time enemy. "Well, spit it out." The echoing voice of Creedence said impaintly. Zydaren reached into his side bag, pulling out a map. The man walked over to the table closest to him, laying out a medium sized map. Everyone moved from their place to crowd around the man. "This..is a map of Silverpine Forest." The rogue said looking at everyone around him for a moment before looking down again. A few brows rose as they looked at the familiar map. Zy moved his hand to point at a certain place that was marked on the map. "This is red X my shop. Kind of out of the way but still able to be seen from the road, for business of course." The man grinned but jumped slightly at the sudden angered voice of Zathorin. "Get on with it!"
Zy glanced at the warrior with an expression that read 'Okay, okay geez'. Another spot on the map was pointed out, it wasn't very far from the last place Zydaren had pointed out. "This green X..is the area of where his manor is. It is kind of hidden amoung the thick trees in that area. Perfect for a place to hide out in. I mean, the man has demons -all- over the place guarding it. A large gate in front, it's crazy. It actually was a little challenging for -me- to get in sneakin' around." Arimm looked at the map carefully, his eyes narrowed as he looked around the area of Xal's manor.

"That's..kind of close to the Gilnean Wall.." Arimm said to himself, yet it was loud enough for the warrior to hear. His ears perked as he looked back down at the map, fumbling with something in his hand. It looked like a letter, a new type letter. "Wait a second.." Zathorin said, looking at the map carefully. "That's..impossible." The warrior turned around quickly, heading for the door.
Arimm stood up, looking at Zathorin with a puzzled expression. "Zathorin, where are you going? You can't go alone, you know this." Zathorin turned his head to Arimm. "We are going now Arimm..I know where that place is. It's close to my own house. Get yourself ready.." The warrior turned back to the door, hands in tight fists. "We are ending this tonight."
( Music )
Arimm turned his head to look at the others who were looking at both Zathorin and him. He looked to Creedence, a teacher in his eyes. Creedence gave a solid nod. "End this, Arimm." The voice of his teacher said. Arimm looked at Teni, Yukka, Reylis and his brother. Dante walked up to Arimm, placing his hand on his shoulder. "You got this, my brother. I believe in you." Dante turned to Zy, Teni, Reylis and Yukka, they were all smiling at him. "We all do." Arimm nodded with a determined smile, raising his arm to meet his brothers shoulder.
"We will end this, once and for all."

The News: Part 1
Peace. That feeling seemed to be a feeling that was rarely felt to some these days. A feeling almost long forgotten to the warriors that deal with the harsh ways of the world. Whether they are knights of the dead, knights of the Light or even the knights of fury, not everyone has peace like they wish they had, like others have.
The Duskmourn home. This was a prime example of a home that had its mixture of peace, yet one that still held troubles. Mainly the young paladin Arimm who had been dealing with a warlock for over a year.
"Xal..truly even to this day I do not understand why you are doing what you do. Is it..just for your own amusement? Because I had gotten close to your sister? Whatever this reason is, I will stop you. I will end all of this.."
The young paladin was standing by his bedroom window, looking out at the ocean that crashed against the shore. His thoughts on the past year almost year and a half running through his mind. His hand rose to his chest, tracing over the scar that was left between his chest and stomach by his own adopted father. As his fingers touched the reminder, his eyes closed. The memory of the battle replayed in his mind. The clashing of steel on steel. The words said back and forth..and the sting of the blade that made the young man feel the icy claws of death once before.
The mans thoughts were cut as a gentle knock on the door made his ears twitch. He looked over towards the door of the room to see Reylis giving him a gentle smile, peeking in the room. "Creedence is here with Yukka and Zeris. Are you okay?" The woman said as she walked over to him. Arimm smiled at her and nodded, wrapping an arm around the womans waist. "I'm fine. Just thinking about the past year is all." Reylis looked up at Arimm, her arms wrapping around his own that she clung to. "You've grown so much in the past year from when I first saw you. Whatever happens, I know you can get through it Arimm." She said looking up at him with a soft smile. Arimm turned his head, looking out the window again, feeling the cool breeze of ocean air hit his face. "I have a feeling things are going to finish really soon..I just hope that-"
All conversation was interupted by a loud roar outside in the sky. Arimm quickly moved to the window, looking outside as best as he could. The sound of this roar sounded like it came from the front. "What was that?" Reylis said as she looked outside with the paladin. "I don't know but its coming from the front of the house." Quickly the two ran to the front room, looking around at Teni, Dante, Yukka and Creedence. "Did you guys hear that?" Creedence gave a nod as he crossed his arms over his chest, leaning against the back of the couch. "Sounded like a Drakes roar." The death knight said as he looked to the front door.
Everyone made their way to a window, peeking outside as Arimm looked out the window of the front door. There stood a large dark blue and black, almost Twilight Drake like Drake. But the Drake wasn't the main focus. There stood a large Sin'dorei, twin blades strapped to his back. As the man turned around to the house and began marching forward, Arimm looked at the mans face. "It's Zathorin.." he stated to the rest of the people in the house. The look Zathorin was already giving the paladin gave Arimm a hint that Teni was right. Something did happen. Quickly Arimm opened the front door and Zathorin walked right in without a word.
"You look like you are on a war path, what happen Zathorin?" Arimm said as everyone gathered around the two. Zathorin stopped in his tracks, his hands in tight fists. The large, fully armored mercenary turned around, staring right into the eyes of Arimm. Arimms eyes looked at the man, noticing that both eyes were a dark golden color. "Kestriena was taken by Cyrian." The entire room seemed to be silenced. Everyone, everyone single person in the rooms eyes widened except for the Frost Knight who was standing by the paladin that held his son. Seems he wasn't surprised things had been taken this far.
"What?! When? What happen Zathorin?!" Arimm said with a tone of worry. The fury in Zathorins eyes only became worse. The chains under the plate armor he wore strained under his tightly closed fists. "I was gathering fire wood just the other day and I came back, she was gone." The warrior reached into his pocket, taking out a note. "This was pinned to the wall.." He growled as he tossed the paladin the letter. Arimm opened the letter quickly, scanning over the words. Just the feeling he felt from just the paper alone gave away it was infact Cyrian and Xaldarien. The fel energy that was on the paper just by being in the same room and being written on by these two was unbelievable.
Zathorin walked past Arimm, holding the door knob tightly. "I am going after Xaldarien and Cyrian. As you read in the letter you are free to come with me if you wish. But I am not waiting anymore. I-" Zathorin felt the grip of the paladin on his shoulder. He turned, glaring at Arimm. "I am going with you, but do you even know where Cyrian and Xal are? None of us have been able to track where they are at. Every fight we've had with Xal hasn't been at his location..it's been in a place most likely no where near it." Arimm stated, looking straight in the eyes of the angered warrior.
Zathorin yanked his shoulder away from the paladin, turning fully around to him. The warrior stepped but just a few steps towards Arimm, glaring down at the young man. "I don't know where they are..but I will find them. Even if I have to search for years I will find them! Whether you come with me or not." The warrior growled with anger. Creedence closed his eyes, giving an annoyed huff.
"You can sit here and state that you are going to search and search, but what would happen if you never do? You'd be searching aimlessly for something you probably just have to turn and find." The echoing voice of the death knight stated, staring directly at the warrior. Zathorin turned his head to look at Creedence, eye level with the dead man. The stare between the two knights, the silence in the room was unnerving.
Seconds passed that felt like minutes. Everyone in the room had thought a fight would break between the Frost Knight and the Mercenary. Silence still filled the room until a new yet familiar voice was heard in the room. "I know where the guy is."
To be continued..

Reaction Test!
"Arimm, can you come outside for a minute?"
The paladins ears twitched as he heard the voice of Teni call out to him from outside. Arimm peerked out the door. "Teni?" he said as he looked around, no priestess in sight. A brow rose as he walked off the porch and onto the sandy beach that surrounded the house. "Teni?" He called out. Still no answer. "Where did she go?" He said to himself. The paladin started to turn around only to jump from being startled. There was Zydaren the rogue. The man he had been working together in making certain bikes for him and Zathorin. "Zy?" he said as he looked up at the man.
Zydaren had his arms crossed over his chest and one ankle over the other. Reason he could be higher then the paladin while like this, was the fact he was floating in mid air. "Hey man, what kept you so long?" In the rogues hands was a curved sword. The back of the blade almost looked saw like, and the front edge shined like a razor sharp sword. In the other hand was a decently large weapon that was placed over his forearm and hand. Small knives were seen from the front. "Where is Teni? She called me just a second ago and..shes gone and you are here..floating." Arimm said eyeing the man with a confused look. "How are you floating?"
Zydaren chuckled and rose one arm slightly. "Teni helped me. She casted a little spell that let's me levitate." One could tell the rogue was smiling underneath that black and red mask. Zy eyed Arimm up and down quickly and sighed. "You ain't even ready. Guess I'll have t'fix that." The rogue disappeared into the shadows. This caused Arimm to look around quickly, his ears twitched every now and then.
"Zy?" Arimm said. Hearing nothing. Not a sound. He knew Zydaren was good, but the fact he heard absolutely nothing made him a bit nervous. He knew how Zy was in the terms of pranking. "C'mon Zy where are you. I'm not playing hide and seek with you."
"Heads up!" Arimm turned his head quickly as he heard the words behind him, only to move out of the way just in time from three knives that flew his way, sticking in the sand. "Zy what are you doing?!" Arimm said as he turned to the man. There floated Zydaren with a grin behind that mask. "I wanna see what you got when it comes to your reaction timing. I know you and Zath got this big fight comin' up soon. You know how them warlocks are man. Gotta stay in shape!" Zy said with a nod.
Arimm blinked a few times and shook his head. "You're crazy. You can't just throw knives at me when I'm not paying attention! At least not when we aren't..you know prepared and in the heat of fighting." Zy just stared at the young man. "You expectin' people to just give you a heads up when they're gonna cast a chaos bolt spell at ya or somethin'? Don't think so. We're gonna do this right now. I'll give ya two seconds to get ready before I start throwin' shit at ya."
Arimm gave a low growl before closing his eyes. A bright light surrounded the paladin and two large wings appeared on his back, wrapping around the young paladin. After a short moment, the wings disappeared and the light finally died down. Now, Arimm was fully armored. Sword and shield in hand. "Alright, fine. Let's go." Arimm said with a smirk. Zy nodded and laughed. "Sweet deal!" Just as the rogue finished speaking he vanished, causing Arimm to ready himself. "Try and dodge as many as you can. They ain't that sharp, just enough to knock off your armor, but if ya get hit. Ya need work." The voice of the rogue said in the shadows. Arimm simply nodded, keeping himself ready.
Finally after a moment, the rogue appeared behind Arimm. Arimm quickly turned, already guessing where the man was going to appear. Quickly the paladin had to roll out of the way of four knives the man threw at him. Zydaren threw the set of knives one right after the other, causing Arimm to have to continue his dodging. Rolling, jumping, side stepping out of the way. "How many knives does this guy have?" Arimm thought to himself. Zydaren would twist and turn his upper body into the throw, causing a great deal of force to be behind the knives while resting his sword on his shoulder.
"Gotta be faster then that, Arimm!" Zydaren began to throw the knives quicker. Arimm barely was able to get out of the way of a few of them. "How much longer are you going to throw these things at me?!" Arimm yelled out as he rolled, feeling one almost graze his cheek. Once the paladin regained his composure, he realize the knives had stopped. He looked around quickly, keeping his sword and shield ready. "Zy?" Arimm said in a low voice. "Over here!" Zy said with a little singing voice. Arimm had just enough time to quickly turn himself around and swing his sword to knock three daggers that flew his way. Right behind the daggers was the rogue jumping towards Arimm. Zy swung his own sword but was blocked by Arimms shield. The two stayed in a hard clashed lock for a few seconds.
"Damn Zy, you're strong." Arimm said as he felt the real pressure behind the rogues attack. Zy gave slight shrug of the head. "Did ya doubt me?" The rogue said with a smirk behind his mask. Arimm looked past his shield up at the rogue. "Nah." Arimm said with a smirk and finally pushed the rogue away from him with his shield. Zy gave a small spin in the air before landing to his feet. "Phew. Been a while since I've done any of that jazz. I'd say your reaction time is pretty good. Good enough for me, that is." Arimm smiling and sheathed his sword. "Thank you. I gotta say, I wasn't expecting you to be that good. I mean, I knew you were good but I didn't know how good you were from the past."
Zydaren gave a shrug and slipped his mask down to his neck. "Never underestimate someone just cause they don't look like they aren't much." Zy said giving a little point to him and smiled. "You'll get em. You got it in ya, man." Arimm smiled and nodded. "We will. I promise." Zy chuckled and slipped his mask over his face again. "Alright, well I'm outa here. Tell Teni and your brother thank you. I'll stop by sometime soon. Later!" Zydaren vanished from sight in a cloud of smoke. Arimm gave a light breath, relaxing himself as he walked to sit down on the porch steps.
"Thank you Zy."
