Wymer was introduced to us with the idea that he was either good or evil, and the creators even asked for our opinions on it—but we were only ever given those two choices
I went into part two convinced that he was going to turn out to be evil (honestly I thought he was sacrificing the children to the desert and was going to try to convince the trio to stay so that he could kill them instead of the kids) only for Wymer to be neither
He isn’t really good or bad, rather just desperate

I love drawing her so much and I’m very happy with how this design turned out
Also!! Just listened to episode 4 and!!! So many feelings
I love Etta’s character she is everything and I can’t wait to get more of her
Anyways this is the design I made for her vest and as you can see I snuck an eye in there ;) Etta just really feels like she would wear an embroidered vest
The flowers are based on sego lilies which are one of my favorite flowers and are actually native to the west

The world building of the westward eye so far is so insanely cool. They could have spent the entire plot in the east and I would have still been entertained.
Like we didn’t even get to see much but Tobin and Etta seeing a tomato plant for the first time, the differences between people living by the wall and those farther from it, it’s all so intricate and interesting and I’m going insane thinking about it
