 White Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookies Recipe Total Time: Prep: 15 min. Bake: 10 min./batch. Makes: 18 servings. This is a cookie you will want to make again and again. I like to take it to church get-togethers and family reunions. It's very delicious, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Ingredients. 1-1/4 cups whole hazelnuts, toasted, divided, 9 tablespoons butter, softened, divided1/2 cup sugar,1/2 cup packed brown sugar,1 egg,1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup white baking chips. Directions. Coarsely chop 1/2 cup hazelnuts; set aside. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. In a food processor, combine melted butter and remaining hazelnuts. Cover and process until the mixture forms a crumbly paste; set aside.In a bowl, cream the remaining butter. Beat in the sugars. Add egg and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Beat in ground hazelnut mixture until blended. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to batter and mix just until combined. Stir in chips and chopped hazelnuts.Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 3 dozen.

Oreo Milkshake! Cool and Creamy.
Ingredients 4 tsp Chocolate syrup. 8 OREO Cookies, Divided 1 cups milk. 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened. Instructions SPOON  1 tsp Syrup into each of 4 glasses. Roll each glass to coat bottom and inside of glass. Finely chop 4 cookies; set aside.QUARTER  remaining cookies; place in blender. Add milk and ice cream; blend until smooth. POUR  into prepared glasses; top with chopped cookies. Serve immediately. Recipe Tips: Size-WiseYou'll know it's a special occasion when you get to enjoy a serving of this frosty milk shake. Substitute Prepare using frozen vanilla yogurt. How to Soften Ice CreamMeasure ice cream; let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 min. or until slightly softened. Nutrition Information Makes 4 servings, about 1 cup each.

Pesto Mess By The Twintastics.
Ingredients 2/3 cup vegetable stock. 2 cloves garlic. 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons pine nuts. 12 ounces penne pasta. 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped. Add all ingredients to list. Directions Prep 20 m. Ready In 20 m. In a small saucepan, combine stock and garlic cloves. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until garlic is soft. Alternatively, microwave on High for 5 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.Add basil to the bowl of a food processor; chop fine. Blend in stock mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and pine nuts; chop fine. Pesto can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain well, and return to pot. Stir in pesto to coat pasta. Toss with tomatoes.

Raspberry Lime Smoothie.
Ingredients: 2 cups limeade. 1 cup key lime pie yogurt. *2 cups frozen raspberries. 1 lime, sliced for garnish. Directions: STEP 1: Place all ingredients into blender (liquid ingredients first). STEP 2: Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds. STEP 3: Serve and enjoy! *We used key lime pie yogurt but you can use any flavored yogurt you like best. *Store leftover smoothie covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serves 2-4. Prep/ Total Time: 5 minutes. Tips: ✓ USE FROZEN FRUIT: I like to use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes in my smoothies. For this smoothie you want to use frozen raspberries, I just buy a big bag of them in my local grocery stores freezer section. But you if want to use fresh raspberries, no problem just add about a cup of ice cubes. ✓ FILL UP YOUR BLENDER: You always want to layer your ingredients softest to hardest (frozen). First, add the limeade, greens, and yogurt. Then, add frozen raspberries.

Recipe of Oreo Mug Cake : For one Mug Cup.
  Recipe Type: Mug Cake, no bake, single serving. Serves: 2. Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 2 minutes, Total time: 7 minutes.  Ingredients: 5½ tbsp flour. 4 tbsp sugar. ⅛ tsp baking powder. 1 egg. 3 tbsp milk. 3 tbsp oil. 1 tspVanilla. 2 oreos. Instructions. Mix all dry ingredients together in an oversized mug. Then mix in the wet ingredients until smooth. After batter is smooth, add in the oreos and crush oreos.Divide the batter between 2 microwave safe ceramic mugs.Cook for approximately 1 minutes in microwave. Check on middle of cake. If not done, cook for about 20 more seconds. Careful not to overcook or cake becomes rubbery.Your mug cake is best eaten immediately.
