Betty Cooper is an awful character.

She is annoying.

She is a toxic person.

She is an awful friend.

She is so selfish.

She is such a Mary Sue.

She is so hypocritical.

She fails to see how well off she is.

She is the main focus of the show when she clearly shouldn’t be.

There I said it.

The worst part is her character has so much room for GOOD development. But it just doesn’t seem to be heading in that area.

Also understand that I have to no hate towards Lili, and I would never hate on her because she is not her character. Unlike majority of the Betty stans who attacked Vanessa.

They might as well have not written B&V as best friends. B*tty is a horrible friend, Veronica spent so much effort in S1 apologizing to B*tty for kissing A*chie, and then came clean as soon as she could at the end of the season where B*tty "graciously" gave V*rchie her blessing. Then B*tty kissed A*chie in a much more hurtful scenario, and never apologizes, or even talks to her about it, and it's all down to V again to work through it. It was horrible and unfair.

Veronica is much better friend than Betty. Betty abandons everybody or she uses them. And yet, she’s supposed to be so great and everyone is supposed to fawn over her? Nope. Sorry. It’s not working for me.

Make Betty great again, RAS!
