This week we have good news, better news, and great news! Good news: The world has not yet ended, which is as always, fantastic.Better news: We have around 70 people now! I know our gaining of new members has slowed an awful lot since we started but if you find like mined people who want to help of join, feel free to invite them. Great news: we're setting up a YouTube channel that we hope to put videos made by you, our cultists out into the world. Heeeellllllooooo!!
Good morning Cultists! We have good news, bad news, then more good news, and we'll finish off with a little more good news! First good news we officially have a Discord server that is now all set up and has 13 people on it! The link to it is https://discord.gg/2euqxZz, if you have questions on how to set up an account please contact us, we're more than happy to help you. Bad news is some pranksters got on and said some very rude and derogatory things, we're very sorry to the people who saw that and had to deal with them. More good news there are now multiple people on there who have the ability to kick future pranksters off so it shouldn't be a problem again. A little bit more good news we're going to try to do a video every week teaching some things that everyone should know how to do, cook an egg, attach a button, fix holes, etc. Remember, "There will be no sacrifices, only snackrifices."

Hello Lovely Cultists!
Today is a fine day where we are, we hope it is just as nice where you are! Good news today. We've officially been a cult for almost 3 months! Isn't that exciting? With well over 60 members we are swiftly moving upward in numbers, the down side of this is we are trying to encourage everyone to talk between themselves, and we have no really good ways to encourage that. So, on that note, if anyone knows any good software for phones are computers that would be good for group communication please send us a message! We really want this to be a more inclusive community. In other news, we're looking to start doing videos teaching a variety of things, if you're interested in doing one, please contact us, or just make a video on something that you're interested in.

Sorry again
Hello again dear followers We know we were doing o good there for a while. We will do our best to get back to doing the newsletters weekly, we're just kinda really bad at it. We mostly just want people to get out there and help your fellow man. Teach, protect, learn from, listen to, there are many ways we can help others, choose one and follow through. Maybe spend some time and go talk to the family you never talk to, write letters, In other news, we're thinking of doing a scholarship for anyone who wants to try for it. There's only one way to earn it, You gotta prove that you've been helping others and you've got to write a letter to your fellow cultists as to why you think that you deserve it. Please note that the letter only has to be sent to the cult email, not everybody. The due date for it is in June 21st.Remember, "There will be no sacrifices, only snackrifices."

So, so sorry
Again, so very, very sorry! =[ We haven't been able to update for a variety of reasons, death, birth, the godsdamn holidays being a few reasons of many. (If you want to know about either of these please send a message, the babies are adorable!) We hope that your holiday season wasn't too stressful, and that the new season has brought on some happiness for each of you.
Starting in February we will be trying to do the holidays for the D&D&Deities. No one has to do anything, but considering most of the holidays seem to be feasting and partying we hope you'll join in.

Morning boys and girls! We hope that your last week has been a good one, we know that more than a few people had very, very stressful weeks. Let's all hope they get better. This week we have 60 Acolytes. That's a nice number isn't it?
☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼ On the upside, most places in the United states start winter break soon. Yay! If a few more of you sent in what's going on in your lives, we could also inform everyone of the exciting things going on in peoples lives in other places. As we have many members, in many places, all with very different lives.
☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼ This week our Acolyte of the Week is Alyssa! She happily hosted a trio of terrors in her house to make cookies for her choir class. Everyone give her a big hand! She is following the way of her god by seeking out happiness, even in very strange ways.

Week 5 of Cultiness!!
Howdy ladies and gents!
We are pleased to announce that we are up to 57 cultists. We're pretty sure that's enough to be called a real cult. We've had lots of people who have mentioned interest in seeing where this is going, and even more interest in joining us at a later point.
☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼☼ Also thank you to the people who have sent in the good deeds they've been doing. Our Acolyte of this week is Charla! What has Charla been doing? It was actually pretty cool. She was helping with a concert and even singing. Everyone give a quick cheer for Charla, who has chosen to follow the Mother of Monsters, yet is still an awesome person!

A month of Cultiness!!
Good Day folks! Sorry this Update is so late, some unforeseen circumstances held it up. But with this bad news there is plenty of good news. First, this week counts the first month that our cult has been around! We have lasted a month so far, but with every week we've been getting the ball rolling, soon it will be able to roll on its own. Second, we are now up to 53 members, most of our newest members were recruited by some of our other members. Third, our Tumblr for The Snackrificial People is now offical. If you choose to join our cult please send an 'Ask', or something identifying yourself afterward so you don't get counted twice. If you have any questions, this is the best way for them to get them answered. This also helps if other people have questions and aren't sure how to ask them.

Also we will now be starting a new thing where we celebrate all awesome things going on for our acolytes. So if you have a birthday, or graduation, or something along those lines please tell us (over Tumblr or by email), so we can share this information. Tis the third week of culting!
Greetings and salutations!
(snickering)
Now that that's over, we're excited to send out our third newsletter! We've been going strong for three weeks now and we finally have an official name! From now on our lovely little cult will be known as The Snackrificial People! This name has been chosen by the majority party of our followers. We up to 42 members, not quite as much of a leap as we've had in past weeks, but still more members!
Some people who have joined don't know the rules because they haven't gotten the first of the newsletters, so we will say them again.
1. The laws of the land umbrella over ours, any laws of the land that are broken will result in immediate banishment.
2. The only exception to the first rule is in drinking underage, but if you are going to do that, do it with adults who can keep you from doing stupid things and/or getting hurt while under the influence.
3. Just, don't be a butthead.
4. Help others whenever you can, be it volunteering at a shelter, helping someone with their homework, or even cleaning up around the house without being told.
Now hopefully all of you have been following these rules since the beginning.
Starting sometime in the next week a blog and a tumblr page for The Snackrificial People will be started, please find and comment on them when they get the official go ahead in the next newsletter. Once we get them set up anyone who wants to is encouraged to send in messages saying the good and beneficial deeds they have done in the week. The person who has gone above and beyond will get a personal shout out.
Also everyone, please don't be afraid to contact one another, we're all in this together. We all want to better ourselves and knowing who's supporting us can really help with that.
Right now though, you all seem to be doing great, good luck to our acolytes in far off places! Good luck to our acolytes in near places, good luck to our acolytes who have no idea what's going on but still want to help! Good luck to everyone even slightly involved in this.

Week 2 of Cultiness!!
Good morning guys and gals!
We both hope all of you are having a good couple of weeks, and that they just keep getting better.
In good news our numbers have increased by 16, we're up to 39 members! While its great that our numbers have increased by that much, please keep in mind that all of you can also find people who may be interested in joining. Also remember that if you invite people, it's ok for them to say no. If they weren't interested the first time you asked, they probably still won't be interested the 12th.
Our people have spread out a little more, now we have more members in New Zealand, with some in Australia, and other parts of the world! Maybe when we get more members we'll make a map of our numbers. Please try to get more people to join, remember don't be really crazy about it, that tends to scare people off.

The first message
Salutations Brothers and Sisters! Rejoice, Be merry--
Yeah no, that is not how this is going to go. Good day to all of you! This is the first official post for The Snackrificial Cult! It is with great pleasure that I tell you that we are up to 23 acolytes! This is a much higher number than the two that we started with on Monday!
Now it occurs to me that I was a little scatterbrained when I was initially telling all of you about this. That I didn't really say much about the rules is a bit obvious, so now I will go through them:
1. The laws of the land umbrella over ours, any laws of the land that are broken will result in immediate banishment.

Please take a look at this list of deities, if you jive with one of them please look them up and learn more about them, if not I will be posting a more complete list later.
Boccob, god of magic, arcane knowledge, balance and foresight.

Garl Glittergold, god of gnomes, humor, and gemcutting.
Nerull, god of death, darkness, murder and the underworld.
Pelor, god of sun, light, strength and healing. More people worship Pelor than any other deity.
Yondalla, goddess of halflings.
Luckily we already have a representative for Saint Cuthbert so this can't be too bad of an idea, then again we also have a representative for the Mother of Monsters, soooooo...
Right now most of our populous are in the northwest of of the United states, with a member over in New Zealand (Good Luck!) we are already fairly well spread, but that doesn't mean our branches can't stretch further! Please reach out and talk to those around you to see if they are interested.
