Looks like Mayor Emanuel has convinced Jimmy Fallon to come and take the Polar Plunge into Lake Michigan this weekend to benefit Chicago Special Olympics athletes. (Sunday’s forecast? A high of 23°…) Good luck with that!

De La Soul - 3 Feet High And Rising Bonus Disc (Tommy Boy, 1989/2001) And here’s the bugged out bonus disc from a very Dan Stuckie deluxe reissue of the first album. It covers most of the 3 Feet b-sides that need to be covered including the grailish promo only “Double Huey Skit,” which is not a skit. I guess I should try and find or compile a De La Soul is Dead b-sides collection to complete the cipher but I don’t have anything like that in front of me at the moment and iirc it’d just be a thousand different house and disco remixes of “Saturdays.”

OUTFIT: Adventures On The Vegas Strip

Leaving Las Vegas

After the last day of the PROJECT tradeshow I had one free day left in Vegas to explore before heading back to New York. So what better way to spend it than walking the infamous “Strip” with my partner in crime Christina! Oh and because it’s Vegas, we decided to make our adventure even more fun with some boozy tourist-sized adult beverages because it’s legal to drink in public there! From Chucky, Dora The Explorer, and a one-legged burlesque dancer, there was no shortage of crazy characters on our walk, ourselves included I guess. Anyway, the result of all this - some silly mostly-not-sober pics in random places like a McDonalds parking lot.
