Insulting/attacking/harassing someone based on aspects of themselves wholly beyond their control (race, skin color, orientation, gender, etc.)

Refusing to make corrections or apologize when serious mistakes are pointed out

Making assumptions about people based on what they are, then refusing to correct the resulting misconceptions

Bigotry is NOT:

Disagreeing with someone civilly

Debate of gray-area ideas

Questioning groupthink and heretofore-unquestioned assumptions (even if the person is ultimately wrong, questioning our own beliefs and discovering foundational weaknesses that need addressing is healthy and ultimately positive)

Skepticism of the notion of thoughtcrime

Arguing using predominantly facts rather than feelings (provided it doesn’t turn into attacks against people rather than ideas)

In fandoms, not adopting certain headcanons (which, unfortunately, is sometimes seen without further evidence as an act of malicious warfare rather than just not sharing a goddamned headcanon)

Synopsis (watch video first, then come back to read): The Astronomical Findings Organization (AFO) has blown up Saturn's moon, Titan, which causes controversy around the idea the AFO has found a wormhole near the sun. Unbeknownst to the general population, the AFO sends out two astronauts to discover what lies in that "portal" that connects us to them. Upon arrival, they find an artificial sun and artificial planet. Once landing, a quantum spin occurs. How? And what happened after all of that? See if you can find out.
