And maybe a part of learning my place in the world was about accepting that I wouldn’t always have the answers, and I wouldn’t always be the hero in every scenario, and maybe I wouldn’t win everything I attempted. It's been quite a while since I joined Tumblr and throughout these 9 months I have met some of the coolest and nicest people on earth. I've had my ups and downs, a fair share of embarrassing moments, learned a lot of new things and made a great many friends which is not something I ever imagined would have happened.

I am immensely grateful to all of you for everything. Thank you so much for supporting this weird and nerdy little gal. Though I still don't get why are so many of you guys are following me, I'm not cool enough to deserve you all. Every single one of you have made my unbearable life a lot more special and given me something to wake up to everyday. Like seriously, you can't even imagine how much you all mean to me.

Anyways, I'm going to do a little celebration, but I’m currently on hiatus as my exams are going on and I have a really bad fever as well, so I will take my time answering the asks. And by time I mean to say that some of them might take more than a month but I will answer them.

2022 anticipated book releases: Hotel Magnifique by Emily J. Taylor

Good evening fellow bad students.... struggling students.... easily distracted students..... frustrated students...... fed up students....... I’d ask how you’re doing but.

a year on tumblr and a year adjusting to a very different form of social media - away from the comfort of real-life friends, whisked into the friendship circles of people i’ve met online. 

it’s not been a very pleasant experience overall. there’ve been all sorts of fallouts, misunderstandings and the like. i’ve made friends, lost friends, joined nets, learned to edit, to give mere ideas inside my head visual representations.

so yes, i’ve learned a lot. i’ve learned about people who i can trust with my whole life. i’ve learned about mutuals who’ll be supportive no matter what. i’ve found my own little safe space amongst the vastness of this hellsite. and i’m very thankful for all of that.

if we haven’t talked a lot before, we could start now. i’d like to be friends with you all.
