My thing was my parents made sort of off-handed comments abt it and my papa straight up said I needed to “get skinny because it’s healthy” after letting me eat a whole cake

Don’t get me wrong I love them all and I miss my papa a ton but sometimes he said some out of pocket things

I eat a lot of dinner because I tend to skip every other meal and avoid snacks and then sometimes I end up like getting rid of my dinner after, bad habits die hard
