i went to a work party last night so i was kinda drunk… and i forgot the rest of the days… so here is day 13, 14, 15 + 16… i will catch up…

day 13: i had to think about this one, i can’t lie. but a big privilege i have in my dr is my financial situation. it was honestly something i didn’t think to script until it was mentioned in another post as “vital things to script” — which to some, yes it may be.

we’re comfortable in my dr. we’re not counting all the pennies we spend, but we definitely aren’t rich enough to waste it, iykwim. my family work hard for the money we have and i’m so proud of how far we’ve come - especially since coming to korea and having to start from scratch. it hasn’t been easy, but where we are now has made all the hard work and dedication worth it :)

day 14:

any baking smells - we have a café, so it’s all i’m used to smelling and it’s very nostalgic to me

coffee - again, café.

mangoes - i script this for every dr of mine, but i love love LOVE the smell of fruity scents, especially mangoes. so whenever i get a whiff of something sweet, saccharine-y, it reminds me of my dr!

cleaning products(?) - we clean the café A LOT LMFAO

day 15: my main wingman is my older sister, definitely. she’s someone really special to me and she was the first person i told that i had signed up for a dating show. she was like “slay! but why.” LOL

as i’ve probably said before - or haven’t, i can’t remember - my family didn’t know anyone in korea when we moved. everything was new to us - the language, culture, honorifics, etc.. it caused my family to grow closer as we kinda had to rely on each other to be each other’s best friend. that was the case with my sister and i.

luckily, our parents taught and encouraged us to be confident, so we had the courage to figure things out. but we still needed someone. i remember the first time we went to a supermarket on.. like.. our second day of being in korea. we had our translator open and double checking we had the right amount of money 😭

anyways, yes. love my sister.

day 16: OH MY GOD i love this one!!!! trust when i say i’ve used every scripting platform you can think of.

at the start of my shifting journey, i used the good ol’ google docs (sometimes still do) - so all my old scripts from like 2020-21 are there. then i moved to google slides… putting images on a google docs is really awkward and i wanted more visuals. that era lasted for like… a few ish months? i have like 2 scripts there that are REALLY in depth yo 😭

after that i used notion for a while.. but it’s too advanced for me i fear… i just couldn’t wrap my head around it. i need nice and simple. i love youse who have really beautiful scripts tho. i respect it. but it’s not for me… and that’s okay! :)

then that leads us to here, and to my baby… my beloved… my beauty… the notes app. now stick with me. our shifting journeys are ours, right? so one thing i figured out pretty late along my journey was i didn’t and still don’t like long, complicated scripts. it stresses me out and then my brain just isn’t having it. notes app allows me to keep it plain and to the point. and i get to add pretty photos! :)

at the moment, i just use the notes app and pinterest to add boards for my drs. i am a visual learner, after all!

day 12: this is gonna be one of those roll your eyes kinda items/things… but in my dr, i have.. pets. like oh my god! groundbreaking! but my cr family aren’t big cat people - or animal people, really.. - unlike me, so in my dr i actually have pets. harnessing my inner cat lady persona.

to all my fellow army (bts fandom yo, not the military), i have a large koya plushie on my bed that sleeps with me. i am literally a child with a comfort blanket. it was a present from my sister and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. trust.

also, i own a bunch of the last of us and ethel cain posters around my room. i don’t have any in my cr YET. i would purchase some but my cr room is smaller than my dr room so i lack a lot of wall space unfortunately… but something i love about my dr is just being able to leave items around without shame. it’s very healing!

i’ve been busy working so i ended up missing two days again… fuckkkk. anyways, here is day 10 + 11!

day 10: this is another one of those unscripted areas of my dr. i actually currently don’t have an occupation. my family have a café in seoul we run so that’s how i earn my keep - but i think i’ll end up scripting one in eventually. i just don’t know that that is yet 😭

my family opened our café a few years ago when we moved to korea. my parents are the main owners, though my siblings and i help out by making the drinks and serving customers. we have our regulars - like any other shop - but we get a lot of new people who see our café online or hear from friends/other people. i’m guessing they enjoy it because most come back lol..

i love being able to easily make drinks when i see our regulars come through the door. makes my job and their life a lot easier 😭. i also enjoy trying to guess what people will order - sometimes i get it so completely wrong lmfao. some people surprise you!

day 11: as a chronic daydreamer, i always dreamed about being able to be with my comfort characters - so when shifting came about on tiktok in 2020 i was really intrigued. it was this “i just got back from a 6 month shift to hogwarts” video (as i’m assuming that’s how it started for a majority of other shifters too). it was at the point where dracotok was popular and i was around for that… unfortunately…

my first dr was a harry potter dr (surprise, surprise!) and it was set during the philosopher’s stone. i was 15 at the time - in my cr - but i made myself 11 in that dr. i scripted every single little thing ever.. including “clones” - i HATE that word oh my god. but yea.. that was 2020 misinformation shiftok for you! i even made a paper copy because i thought that was needed.. took me like 2 days to finish it. in four years i haven’t even touched that dr and i don’t think i ever will. it’s just nice to look at for a laugh when i’m bored out of my mind.

my current main drs are my ateez dr, my own gg dr, and my dating reality show dr - which is the dr i post about most often on here. i shift to all three pretty frequently - just depends the mood i’m in and where i’m most motivated to go! :)

i missed a day so i’m doing day 8 + 9 in one!

day 8: my s o in my dr is jeong yunho of ateez. he’s genuinely such a sweetheart and i’ve just fallen for him as a raw individual and artist, so i had to make him my significant other. i could go on a long rant about how he makes me feel but i’ll save it for an essay or summat.

we have a very typical sun x moon dynamic as he is very bubbly and extroverted, however i’m more reserved and introverted - so, we basically balance each other out well. since my love language is quality time, just spending time with him doing literally anything is enough to brighten my day.

during christmas, though, i feel it would be more special - as i’ve mentioned before - christmas in korea is celebrated differently and is mainly a holiday for couples, rather than for families and christians. also, as he’s an idol and usually working over christmas, we’d end up making the time we do spend together special and meaningful to us both.

one of my siblings is definitely a stay (stray kids fan) - i have a feeling they bias either leeknow or felix, though i’m leaning towards felix icl

after getting with yunho, my family get into the ateez fandom (atiny)

i wanted to start this yesterday, but a lot of things in my dr are unanswered atm (including friendships n whatnot), so it was a bit difficult. but we’re here now. better late than never!

day 6: i have scripted - for the time being (as it may be subject to change) - that i live with my parents and my four siblings. my family and i are extremely close as we originally came from england but moved to korea together a few years ago and that brought us together.

i’m more of a fuck it and find out kind of person leading me to not having scripted anything about relationships within my family. i’d rather get there and you know… fuck it n find out. but i have a slight hunch i’ll be closer to my little sister than anything.

i’d like to think for xmas we go back to our hometown for a week so we can celebrate with the whole family. christmas in korea is more of a couples holiday/celebration than a family one, so we’d try to make it as special with each other as possible.

all in all, they’re a pretty rad bunch!

1. meeting yunho

aka the whole reason i made this dr to begin with. he’s my s o in a lot of drs, but i always wanted to make a dr where i met my lover in a situation such as this.

2. having a better relationship with my family

deep. lmfao. but i’ve always dreamt of having such a tight, close - not to mention, healthy - relationship with my immediate family. i’m excited to experience it.

3. memories

this is so niche, but i’m looking forward to making memories with everyone on the show. plus, having memories from my past in that reality gives me a buzz. i’m excited to embrace it all.

4. the show itself

i planned the show out to be a cosy, domestic vibe with people finding their true loves. there will be drama - trust! - but its main purpose is for people to make friends and memories and love. well, not make love. not on the show. obviously.

hello ! happy almost christmas to those who celebrate i thought id continue with a general shifting reading & maybe some messages from people in your desired reality. i thought last months reading was a little to general for my liking, so i will be trying to add as much detail / specifics as i can to solidify the feeling that this is made for you.

as always please please don’t force messages to resonate. i do these on the first of every months so they’ll be many more chances to feel connected to a reading if these ones don’t do it for you :) !

you are currently going through some sort of “seasonal depression; some sort of funk. as of recent, you’ve been comparing yourself to your peers. seeing how much they can do & are capable of, it makes your (feelings of) lack amplify & hurt even more. maybe you have some sort of codependent relationship or always feel the need to confide in others approval before a task is complete ? this month you’ll find the motivation to learn new skills & plant the seeds that are needed to trust yourself.

this boils over into your outlook on shifting. people seem to fall into boxes of where they want to shift, have methods that have worked for them, have made a decision in what they’d like to experience in their desired reality. it’s not that you lack a direction, you may know where you’d like to shift. more so an indecisiveness on what you actually want. you want to shift yes, but when you really think on it, you’ve become comfortable where you are. you could struggle to see yourself shifting at all as you are a more analytical person. your someone who is very fact based, you could enjoy doing research & weighing all options before making a decision. things need to make perfect sense to you before you believe in them. this mindset only feeds into what ive mentioned above & could circle back to your feelings of being directionless. the main thing you need is clarity for your manifestations & desires.

this person is someone who is very likely defensive of & true to their beliefs; someone stubborn. birds or turtles may be relevant to them. what this person wants to remind you is consistency is key. you may jump from one project to another without finishing the last; which leaves you as someone who knows a lot of different skills / has aloe of hobbies. you don’t have to be perfect to start something & continue with it. very few people do things the first time & it comes out just how you imaged it. focus on the quality of information rather then the quantity. take this month to create a vision board of some sort. write down what you’d like to accomplish by the end of the upcoming year.

in your head, you have “unfinished business” to attend to. so, shifting has been kept on hold for a very long time — years for some of you. it’s always “ill try and shift after i finish my work” or “ill shift when i improve my sleep schedule”. while it’s good to have goals, you’re allowed to work on multiple things at once as long as you balance the two. take this time to reevaluate your priorities & consider what is helping or hurting you. are you really putting off shifting because your room isn’t clean and you have done laundry yet and you have a research paper ? or are you simply not in the mood for it as your mind has wandered else where. do you desire to go to a reality that you have built up in your head or have you grown out of it & would rather fall in love with another desired reality ?

there could also be some sort of desire not to shift at the moment. perhaps you like the holidays & you’re excited for them ? you’re in a stable place right now & shifting is something you fall back onto in times of distress ? however you look at shifting & where you want the future of your relationship to be with the practice later down the line, take time to nurture that vision for yourself.

this person could be someone from your family in your desired reality or a person you would consider family, even if not by blood. this person is a little bit of a player & like you, has moments of lack of direction. while this person can be hotheaded, it’s a good reminder to slow down before lashing out on others. your insecurity doesn’t grant you the right to think negatively of other people. through these moments, this person notices that you struggle to see clearly & your tendency to obsess over small things. focus on the bigger picture.

you’re not the kinda person people look at & think that you haven’t been through a lot. on the outside, you look fine. you’ve been very lucky in a lot of ways & you’re able to hold everything together really well.

often a front for something being repressed, you often have an “i don’t care” attitude or come off as really easy to be around & agreeable. you’re someone who doesn’t quite know yourself entirely. while, you recognize you’re a kind person & a good friend, you struggle with a fear of judgement & being ostracized from certain groups if they “knew the truth”. you could’ve or used to have some unconventional hobbies or are into certain subcultures that aren’t the norm.

your desired reality could be a wanted but a shamed one by nobody other then yourself. you have a love of the place of where you’d like to shift but the shame of admitting to yourself that you do consider yourself a shifter, can be a hard to accept. you’re probable someone who lives in constant fear of being “outed” as a one. you’ve gone through the ritual of blocking everyone you know in your personal life & making a mental note of not keeping physical scripts laying around. maybe shifting as a while feels a little elementary to you. even if it isn’t the practice, it could be the places you’d like to shift itself that allow these thoughts to conjure up inside your head. if you are able to work on quieting that noise of shame & insecurity, you will soon have your desired fulfilled. — as I was typing & the time 11:11 appeared on my desktop if that number means anything to you.

the main thing somebody from your desired reality wants you to know is to listen to your dreams. your dreams are apart of your subconscious & your subconscious holds the key to how you operate. if your circadian rhythm is off, take this as a sign to start to get it back on track. i really couldn’t get a read on who this person was, so i assume whoever your thinking of is this person or they prefer to remain anonymous.
