Day 5: haven't been exercising the past few days due to illness.

Day 2:
42 pushups (22 in the morning, 22 in the evening) 0 crunches (worked today, and didn't particularly have the room to do it in the morning or night.) My method for pushups is the inclined method, which puts added weight on the arms by putting my feet on a higher surface, forcing me to lift more. (That may again not be the right name.) As for my legs, they are developing well enough on their own due to me being on my feet about 5-8 hours a day.

Now someone may ask, "why am I doing this? Aren't you in shape and thin?" Well, yes. But unfortunately, thin doesn't nessecarily constitute to actual strength. I can barely lift 50 pounds, which considering my line of work, I should have no issue with. I also once had significant muscle mass, of which I had lost between the time I graduated high school and now. I want to at least gain that back. At most, I would like a sturdier build.

Fitness log:
I have done so far this evening: 20 pushups, 50 crunches. I plan to add 2 pushups a daycare and 5 crunches every two days. As for a diet, I am not entirely sure what to plan. I am free to take suggestions.
