Those in the horror scene (particularly the analog/found footage scene) likely know Kane Pixels for his Backrooms and The Oldest View series. Earlier today, he posted a teaser for what seems to be a new series, and it features a... very interesting animatronic decoration in it. So, nipping this in the bud, here's a post about it!

This is a Laffun Head by Bibi Products. Made throughout the 1970s in a variety of styles (Santa, a clown, a chef, and more), they hang up on your desired surface and, when their ties are pulled, will spit water onto whatever unfortunate soul activated them and cackle evilly... or yodel, in the case of this particular version.

There are plenty of videos and photos of these all over the web, so if you're intrigued by these, there's lots of content for you! I'm personally a tad unnerved by them, but the technology is very interesting (they squirt water via a balloon!) Speaking of which, here's a video of someone in the middle of repairing theirs, which is having trouble playing at the correct speed. Neat look at the inner workings, but I kind of regret watching it alone in a dark room.
