You should totally do stuff to help them and.make them feel loved! You just also need to be sure you've set a boundary to where casual ends and romantic begins

Hey so I have this friend who is accusing me of leading him on when I didn’t even flirt with him I was just being nice to him— like I bought him bagels cause he said he didn’t have breakfast one time. Or the time I tried to comfort him by saying he’s important to me. I was just being a good friend. And he thought it meant something else

I don’t know what I did wrong, I just wanted a friend :( he won’t talk to me now. He was my only friend so I cherish him a lot but idk now
