Concept for Sk8 season 2: The gang goes snowboarding

Miya gets invited to a school skateboarding tournament in the winter

Naturally the gang follows along

Langa is going to teach Reki how to snowboard

Joe is going to teach Shadow the art of the rebound after his big heartbreak

Cherry is going to make sure the resort doesn’t burn down supervise

Adam’s probably in charge of the skateboarding tournament so they’ll be running into him and Tadashi sometime later

Miya wants to snowboard but everyone wants to make sure he doesn’t hurt himself for the competition. He tries to sneak out to the slopes but anyone who catches him drags him right back to the resort.

THERE IS A SNOWBOARDING VERSION OF S

most of the adults have counterparts (Reki and Langa kind of count as each other’s, Miya’s focusing on the Skate competition, and Tadashi doesn’t for reasons to be explained later)

Joe’s is the resort’s head of IT. Buff, but also a tech whiz.

Cherry’s is the strict, no-nonsense head chef of the resort who runs his kitchen like a well-oiled machine

(The IT guy and the chef are happily married)

Adam’s is the resort owner who is trying to persuade Tadashi to quit working for Adam and come to work with him. This guy also sponsors Snowboard S.

Shadow’s is the cute lifeguard at the resort pool. She also dresses up and puts on heavy makeup for Snowboard S. I’m just imagining a moment where Reki and Langa are running by the pool and they both snap out of the sweet, cute conversation to yell in a deep, aggressive voice, “STOP RUNNING!”
