Hey I really enjoy the podcast so first wanted to say thank you so much for your work. One feature I really like is your pride highlight and your woman’s day episode, I think it’s super cool that you celebrate those writers and communities. I was wondering if maybe you would consider doing a black history month highlight of black authors, or an episode focusing on horror writers of colour? If you have already my apologies, I just think it’d be cool!

That sounds like an amazing idea! I would definitely pitch this to them elsewhere if you haven’t already. Shout out of course to the amazing black narrators Danielle McRae and Wafiyyah White!

Hi, I am wanting to submit a short story to be considered for one of your podcasts. In your guidelines you instructed no tabbed indents. I am confused on what you want in this step. Do you mean absolutely no indents? Or is there a process in Word that takes care of paragraph breaks?Thanks, Alan Simpson

Hi Alan! What that means is absolutely no indents - a fully left-aligned document. To indicate paragraph breaks, I would just have a line of nothing in between paragraphs. Hope this helps!

If I buy a season- is there only way to listen to the full paid version from this website?

Sure is! There’s a private RSS feed for the season passes that can be used in most podcatcher apps (Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Castbox, etc). I don’t believe Spotify currently lets you paste in custom RSS feeds in either the mobile or desktop app, though.

Howdy Colin! As far as I know, the podcast isn't looking for new voice actors right now. My recommendation would be to follow them on Twitter or Facebook (active platforms run by actual staff members) for the best update on those opportunities!

Phew!

This blog is getting more and more followers every day, so I feel the need to say that not only is it no longer affiliated with the podcast itself, it's also quite dead. After I had to bow out due to a nasty bout of chronic illness, David and the team elected not to have an official Tumblr presence.

This was originally a place that functioned as an archive for the earlier seasons, and also provided trigger warnings for specific episodes. Fortunately for EVERYONE, the website can now do both of those things quite handily!

As for this blog, I'm now just a regular old fan of NoSleep (albeit one who used to be a narrator). If you want to send asks, art, etc., feel free! I love all things spooky, that's for sure. But know that no one from the current crew will see it; and that I definitely don't represent the podcast in any way, shape, or form.
