don't rush. don't overwhelm yourself. don't try to fix everything all at once. new habits take time to craft. old habits take time to let go. big changes take time to show. mentality shifts take time to feel natural. you will not become a new person overnight, even if your spirit is in the right position to do so. your transformation will take time. and luckily, you have that time. you have all the time you need. there's no deadline! this is a life-long project, quite literally. you will never be done with yourself, you will always be a work in progress. let go of your impatience, let go of your impulsiveness, and just put in the work, as much as you need, for as long as you need.
