Casino Support Confirmed!
We are really happy to announce that we shall be opening for our old pals Casino in September. Over the years we have opened for each other at various times and it's always been a hell of a night! They are one of the greatest bands you will see in the Midlands & how they have never become superstars is beyond us (although frontman Adam also plays guitar for Stereophonics). So put it in your diary, 5th September 2014, Birmingham Asylum, 7:30pm. There are only 200 tickets available and it is bound to sell out, so be quick! Tickets: http://casino.bigcartel.com/product/casino-birthday-bash-the-asylum-birmingham-05-09-14 https://www.theasylumvenue.co.uk/events :-)

Back On Track!
Hello All!
It's been a while since we last posted some news but hopefully this is worth waiting for. We will be making our live return in September!
We have taken some time off this year due to my work commitments (touring the world with The 1975) and Sidney's wedding but now things are getting back to normal and we are about to re-group and move forward into 2015 with a renewed vigor!
So we thought we'd put in a low key 'Blow the Cobwebs Off' gig at the Prince Of Wales pub in Ledbury, Herefordshire on September 7th!
On a Sunday afternoon? In the Middle of Nowhere? In an Award Winning  Real Ale Pub??
We cannot stress what a great venue this is!
It's TINY and FULL of PROPER music fans and run by equally fanatical landlords too!
If you can make it down, this will be an awesome afternoon/night of music, trust us!
Chow for Now!

Opening Up!
We've just secured a couple of excellent support gigs in the coming months:
On Tuesday October 8th, we will be opening up for another superb Roots Rocker, Israel Nash Gripka, at Le Pub in Newport. We first became fans of his after happening across his track 'Pray For Rain' on a MOJO magazine cover-mount CD, we've been firm fans ever since and are very much looking forward to sharing the stage with him.

Then on 18th December we are thrilled to announce that we will be opening up for Neil's ALL TIME FAVOURITE guitar playing hero and founder of Mott The Hoople and Bad Company, Mick Ralphs! Not only that but it'll be a hometown gig for all of us and Mick's first time playing a gig in Hereford for 30 years. This is destined to sell out so get your tickets quickly!

Bridgnorth and Donnington!
This weekend we roll into Shropshire for the Bridgnorth Music Festival. We had an AMAZING reception last year and were asked to return again this year so we jumped at the chance! 17:50 on the Main Stage at the Edgar Davies Field. See You There!
We're also REALLY chuffed to have been asked back to the awesome Off The Tracks Festival at Castle Donnington on Staurday 31st August. This is a great festival with a really eclectic line up and well worth a visit! Main Stage, 15:00.

Festival Season trucks on....
Couple of great festivals coming up this weekend: We hit B-fest in Tenbury Wells on Saturday at 21:00 @ The Bridge Hotel - the venue famously hosting The Beatles in '63 at the Riverside Side Dance Club as they stopped off from a journey back from London after filming 'Thank Your Lucky Stars' - so there you go fact fans! Then on Sunday we play the Main Stage of the brand spanking new Hilton Music Festival from 15:55. Still a few tickets left!

We've been quiet....but not for much longer!
Not ones for bombarding you all with social media spam and pictures of what we've had for tea...we have been very busy none the less.
We've been  working on new songs in the studio and we've started pre-production with producer Paul Cobbold (A Weight Off The Mind) and we're knocking a few new tunes around, including a couple from the pens of Paul and Sid so this will REALLY be a proper, full band album this time.
We're all really excited about it and may release a couple of E.P's along with some brand new, FREE tracks for you all!
We've also got some festival gigs coming up where we're going to be road-testing some of the new tracks, so come along and let us know what you think!
Cheers, NI x

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
We'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Healthy & Happy 2013!
2012 was an exciting year for us, not least, hooking up with Paul Cobbold and recording our latest album but also for some great festival & support gigs where you guys were out in force and made it all worthwhile again!
Shane and I were also lucky enough to be joined by Paul & Sid in May and as well as being fantastic players and all round bloody nice blokes, they've brought a new sense of fun and inspiration to the Misers and it really feels like a band again! :)
So, I'd like to thank you all for your support during 2012 and hope you'll stay with us in 2013, we can promise you more gigs and more brand new music in 2013 -  you heard it here first!
Take Care,
Neil x
