I have three questions! Firstly, what's the name of Ben's Sister? Secondly, does she know her brother's Gay? And Thirdly, what was her first interaction with Vincent like?

Ben’s sister’s name is Becca. For clarification, his coworker is also named Becca. 

Below the cut is an excerpt from one of my many unfinished stories. Keep in mind that it’s still an unedited WIP:

Meanwhile at the Hopper household, Ben walked into the kitchen and took a seat at the table. His little brother Stevie had already started in on some bread their mother had placed in the middle of the table. His sister Becca sat across from him looking at her phone with her knees bent, feet on the seat of her chair looking very disinterested in dinner.

His mother turned toward the table with a pot of something which she doled out onto their plates by the spoonful “No work tonight?” She asked Ben.

“Becca said she needed the extra hours so, I took the night off.” Ben rubbed both of his palms against his knees. “Anyway, I wanted to talk to y'all ‘bout somethin'... where's dad?”

“Got called into the office.” His mother sighed. “What do you wanna talk about?”

Ben cleared his throat. “Well, I've been seeing someone for a little while now and I want you to meet 'em.”

His mother took a seat at the table beside Becca. “Oh? I didn't know you were dating again... I was so sorry when things didn't work out with... oh, what was her name?” His mother pondered while looking up to the ceiling. Becca snorted beside her and placed her phone face down on the table.

“Mom...” Ben said. This was already not going as smoothly as he hoped.

“Anyway, who’s this new girl?” She asked with a bite of food in her mouth. “Tell us about her.”

Ben sighed and used his fork to poke at his carrots. “He's... not a girl...” His mother dropped her fork, Becca stared at him, mouth agape.

“You're... datin' a boy??” Stevie asked then suddenly burst into a fit of simultaneous laughter and coughing as he inhaled some crumbs from his bread.

“No way!” His sister exclaimed in disbelief.

“Ben...” His mother began, her hand up as if she meant to stop him from proceeding.

“Ben that's so... I don't know... like... progressive of you!” Becca said, a grin growing across her face.

Ben smirked.

“OMG! Is it that chubby little skunk boy I've seen you hanging out with at school?”

Ben took a bite of his food and nodded. “His name's Vincent.”

Becca gasped so hard, he thought she was going to faint. “He's so adorkable!” She shouted, stamping her feet under the table. “Oh my god, I can't believe my boring brother is datin' a boy! I gotta tell Katy...” The phone was back off the table in record time.

“Now, wait a minute Benjamin...” His mother said sternly. “You've... always liked girls... you don't just suddenly switch...”

“Mom! Are you seriously tryin' to shame him right now??” Becca exclaimed.

“I've always been attracted to both boys and girls... but... I was kinda scared to say anythin' about it. Plus... I dunno... Vincent just makes me feel...” Ben smiled  “...all warm n' fuzzy.”

“You're a doof.” His sister said.

Stevie finally stopped cough-laughing. “Ya gonna be okay, little man?” Ben asked.

Stevie nodded as he gulped water from his glass. “Sorry... I just... that was unexpected...”

Ben's mother was now looking down in her lap, shaking her head from side to side. She looked up at her eldest child, tears welling in her eyes. Ben lowered his ears. Whatever he'd been anticipating when he decided it was time to have this talk with his parents, never had he thought it would involve making his mother cry. “I... need some time to think.” Was all she could manage to say before standing up from the table and stomping her way up the stairs, the sound of his parent's bedroom door clicked shut behind her.

Ben placed his fork down on the table. The siblings went silent for a few moments until Stevie picked up his glass again and Becca cleared her throat and said “Ben...”

“That... didn't really go how I hoped it would.” He murmured.

“I... just don't get it...” Becca whispered angrily, as if afraid their mother would hear the rest of their conversation. “Isn't she always tellin' us like... that we shouldn't judge anyone for bein' gay? That bein' different is okay? And now you like, tell 'er you're seein' a boy and she freaks out?”

Ben shrugged and picked up his dishes, carefully placing them in the sink. “I'm gonna... go... out for a while. Sorry... I kinda ruined dinner, I guess.” He stopped in the kitchen doorway feeling his sister's arms wrap around him from behind.

“I wanna meet your boyfriend.” She said.

“Me too!” Stevie quipped, still seated at the table.

“Thanks.” Ben said. He turned back around and ran his hand over his sister's hair before grabbing his jacket and slipping out the back door.

(the next excerpt is from some time later where Vincent meets Becca/Ben’s family for the first time)

“Ma, dad...” Ben gestured toward Vincent with a hand as his mother placed a hot dish down on the center island that separated them. His tall father stood before them with his hands in his pockets. “This is Vin--” Before he was finished, Ben's sister grabbed Vincent in a bear hug.

“It's so great to finally meet you!” She squeezed hard and Vincent squeaked. Releasing her death grip she stepped back still clinging slightly to his arms. “Well, officially anyway...” She turned back to their parents “I've seen 'im at school.”

“Hi.” Vincent said nervously, afraid she might hug him again.

“Vincent, it's nice to meet you.” Ben's mother said sheepishly. She removed the oven mitts from her hands and offered one to shake. “I'm Beverly and this is Mac.” She turned toward the large rabbit beside her. She let go of Vincent's hand and he moved it over to Ben's father who shook it vigorously.

“Vincent.” Was all he said with a nod.

Becca stepped between them and slid her hands over Vincent's cheeks pressing them together distorting Vincent's face. “Uh??”

“Ain't he cute, daddy?” She exclaimed. “Ben your boyfriend is so cute!” She squealed.

“This is Becca, by the way.” Ben stated, peeling his sister off of Vincent's face and leading him toward the dining room table where Stevie was already sitting. “An' this is my little brother Steven... uh, we call 'im Stevie....”

“S'up.” Stevie said with a slight nod, no hand shaking to be had.

I don't think he burps anymore than the average skunk... but he's very demure about it, haha.

Ben doesn't have any reaction to it that I know of.

What do you think are the boys relationship with clothes? Like, do Tom and Maddie prefer they where them or do they care? Do other people care? Do they get uncomfortable?

I think that Maddie and Tom at first would be kind of weirded out with the lack of clothes, but would get used to it and not have any preference on what their kids wear around the house. But, out in public and especially if they went to school, I think they’d be expected to wear some clothes. Others would probably be uncomfortable if they didn’t, even if they weren’t really exposed. If they started wearing clothes daily, it would be a big adjustment. It would be strange at first for all of them, and they’d definitely all have things they’d refused to wear for texture, movement, or otherwise.

Sweet Spots has to go to the vet on Tuesday for ultrasound and other tests (I'm not anticipating good news, but he is an old man... fingers crossed that it's at least something treatable). Anyway, all this stuff will be $1000+ (and that's just for diagnosis/looking for answers to his recent weight loss). So I will very likely be opening commissions tomorrow.
