Probably my favorite pregnancy photo now, I am obsessed with my own curves, dips and extra weight around my hips. I love my bump. I love how I feel like a Glowing Goddess despite all the struggle my body is going through creating life for the last time.

While nude, which is such a vulnerable thing to share - I really wanted to share it. Because I feel and my body looks beautiful ♡

It’s Monday afternoon and I am sitting here with a ridiculous grin on my face because I cannot stop thinking about how my entire world is about to change. My daughter is due to enter this world in only 24 days. 24 days and I get to meet the love of my life, the little angel inside my tummy. Hopefully we won’t go past our due date (this mama is ready to have her body back) but if we do, then it’s just meant to happen that way. 

I have noticed my body is starting to do weird things, such as I am getting crampy and possibly even having contractions (these ones actually hurt a little) and that excites me very much. It’s reassuring to know my body is working it’s magic to prepare for this little girl’s arrival. 

I have my OB appointment in two days and they will be checking my cervix for effacement & dilation. She will also be checking to see if baby girl is head down. (FINGERS CROSSED) Never have I been more excited for an exam! (these used to give me major anxiety and stress...now I’m READY to get this baby out and am so eager to know how things are progressing)

I remember a few weeks ago if someone would’ve asked me, “are you ready?” I would’ve said “HELL NO” without second thought. But now, I am so overcome with joy and excitement and readiness that I would say, “BRING IT ON”. 

I am so ready for this next stage, but I am trying to enjoy these last few weeks of pregnancy, trying to overlook the pain and discomfort and take in these final moments of such closeness with my daughter. This bond has been the most magical experience thus far. But goodness, I am so excited to actually SEE her and feel her skin and touch her little fingers and toes. I’m excited to be face to face with the beautiful angel that me and my fiance created through love.
