Gluten free-brownies
Today, I felt that it would be a good day to prepare some brownies because its all rainy outside.
For this following recipe you will need the following:
- Gluten free Chocolate chip brownie mix by Baker Josef’s - 1/4 cup oil - 1 egg - 1/4 cup water  - Homemade vanilla ice cream by Turkey Hill ( one or two scoops) - Hershey’s chocolate syrup
First. I’m gonna start by preheating my oven to 325 F and wait for it to fully heat up. Then, I will go ahead and grease the pan for the brownie mix. I took one of my medium sized bowls and started to whisk the egg/oil. Slowly, I added the brownie mix to the rest of the ingredients until it was moist enough. Then when my oven fully heated to 325 F, I added the brownie mix into the pan. I let it bake for 35 minutes and after left it out to cool for 15 minutes. After I took a normal sized soup bowl and added one brownie, ice cream, and a little bit of some chocolate syrup. Lastly, I enjoyed some delicious gluten free brownies and watched my favorite halloween movie.
Bon appetite, brownie lovers!

Gluten-Free Chicken Pho
In December, I learned that I am allergic to gluten and I found myself in a position I never thought I’d be in at age 20. Since then, I have really loved to cook and it has given me so much happiness. As a college student, we all love ramen but, unfortunately for those of us who are allergic like myself we might find ourselves craving a easy meal. Well, tonight I created a boujee version of ramen that is 10x better and the best part gluten free! If you want to learn how to make this read the following.
For this recipe you will need the following:
- Thai kitchen spring onion instant rice noodle soup
- one chicken breast
- Green onions (2)
- one egg
- fresh garlic (1)
First, I’m gonna start by dethawing my chicken in water for about 15 mins. Then  when the chicken dethawed, I started cutting about two green onions for the top of the soup. For the chicken, I started by cooking it in sunflower oil on medium heat in a small pan. Seasonings that I added to the chicken was chili seasoning, salt, onion powder, and everything seasoning. For extra flavor, I added seasoned salt and bay leaf to the chicken. I personally like juicy chicken, so for that I added a small splash of water to the the heated pan. For the noodles I boiled the noodles for about 8 mins total with oil and the seasoning it came with.  Next, I took the noodles out and You will need a big bowl for this since there is a lot of goodies in the soup. Next, I cleaned the same pan I used for the chicken and then used it to cook a sunnyside up egg and once that was cooked I added that to the soup. Finally, I fried up some garlic and then once that was cooked, I added the green onions to the soup as well.
Bon appetite, noodle lovers!
