BMI is shitty

I'm a young woman 159 cm and 64 kg. But my doctor/physician says I am completely healthy because a lot of my weight is from muscles (I play competitive sports and regularly have tournaments for said sports)

According to the BMI chart, I am smack dab in the middle of being overweight. However, I can run for 30 minutes straight at a fast jog and have a 15 second 100 meter dash time. I do 45 kg leg lifts and I eat fruit and veggies daily. My waist isn't small, as it is 72 cm (28 inches, which is below average for American women by like 10 inches, but the ideal waist size is 25 inches).

Do I seem fat or unhealthy to you? Not saying those are synonymous terms.

BMI is stupid because it doesn't take into account about muscle mass. Nor does it take into account naturally thin/thick body structures. I know people who are around 170 cm and 48 kg but are healthy as a horse.

Boys and girls, don't take BMI measurements seriously. They have a loose understanding of different types of bodies.
