probably the funniest possible outcome will be river ending up running slough house as he saw all all dirty in and outs of mi5, learns from first, second desks and from lamb directly and has in a way unwillingly an mentor-mentee relationship with lamb anyway. also he’s kind of undesirable of a park (bc of the secretly he knows and that he is a wild card) and knowing how corrupt park is slaugh house is the only place where they actively try protect their own against all odds
