#as someone with some sort of panic disorder panic attacks are caused by your brain thinking you're in severe immediate danger and thus#warranting a catastrophic form of fight or flight that is not fun or any party#in order to stop them you need to stop your brain from believing it is in said severe immediate danger#surprisingly enough humour can help really well bc if your brain is thinking of silly things it will prevent it from feeling serious enough#to fear for its life#also alternatively you can reroute it into thinking about all the ways something can go right instead of wrong or focus on disproving every#bad thing it thinks is gonna happen#there's the really effective method of trying to focus on things around you#such as counting four rectangular objects six circular objects three triangular objects etc.#or five things you can see four things you can feel three things you can hear two things you can smell and one thing you can taste#bc it redirects your brain's attention to pattern recognition which stabilises its fear response#if applicable you can also dunk your head in cold water as your body will intentionally slow down breathing + heart rate in those condition#for survival#some advice just from my own pool of knowledge!#*bites chewtoy* heehee my teeth#exchanging spiders#important

i noticed i have a really aggressive dislike for "repaired mangle" designs. like... i see them and thats not me. it almost feels like people are trying to make me beautiful "again" when i was perfectly beautiful how i was. i love how i was, even if other people dont think so. to quote myself from fnaf AR (lol), i think they're all just jealous of how pretty i am >w<
