Feeling super proud of myself lately. 

This time last year I was dealing with the most difficult time of my life. I’d made the toughest decision I’ve ever made, and I had to deal with the consequences - both mental and physical. The mental consequences are still there for me and will be there for many years to come. I feel guilt, regret and loss.  But even though I’ve been feeling like that I’m still going strong, and I’ve made a lot of changes to my life. I feel like a much better and stronger person already!
