Thousands are orphans who’ve never felt the love of a mother. Orphans who’ve never felt the love of a father. Instead of board games and Netflix, they work all day trying to keep their family alive. Trying to live while there’s a constant chance of an indiscriminate missile strike. 75 years mankind has failed Gaza, 75 years we’ve watched as they die and suffer. 75 years we’ve witnessed children starve to death or be victims of ruthless air strikes or even die due to the cold.

People that are like “climate change is worsening and all of humanity is going to deserve it” should realize how kind of evil and insane of a thing that is to say Like, no actually, the masses of people in the world that are impoverished, homeless, poor and working paycheck to paycheck to survive, plus the masses of indigenous folks, POC, queer and religious minorities trying to survive the trauma of generations of industrialization & colonization DON’T deserve to go extinct over the actions of a few dozen oil executives and an economic system we have no control over, especially when we’re doing all that we can for a safer healthier planet wtf

The lives of 7 billion humans do not deserve extinction over the actions of very few oil companies destroying the planet, don’t say shit like that.

The model in this picture is my friend who is a makeup artist @msc_beautyandmakeovers on Instagram, she made herself up and was just supposed to take a selfie and post.. then I saw the selfie few minutes after she posted it

Immediately, I messaged her asking if she had time to spare and was up for a shoot. At that point I had no clear image of what I wanted the pictures from the shoot to look like, when she got to my place ,the moment I saw her ideas gushed about my head and wasn't sure of which to do(typical Aisha to be excited and get confused 😂)

It was like an artist presented a very new canvas with so many inspirations in his mind ,I had to calm down and look at the most basic thing I've been wanting to try out ...why I picked the most basic of those ideas was because most times we forget the simplest things which might be the best things

I had always wanted to try a beauty portrait lighting that will have a window light from above and I was able to do this .
