“Fairies have been used as “movers” in Magic Item smuggling rings. I may have had involvement in shutting down one however the exact nature of my involvement is classified.”

“Why would I be trying to tell the difference? Generally the most obvious feature is how they behave and how they speak. Their upbringing tends to be less strict and their Övüsi tends to sound wrong.”

“Active magic use like a Bright? No. However there are plenty of examples of magic used in a more passive manor. Fairies are the best example of a race that has inherent magic, fairies wings are too small to carry them as reliably as they do, magic is the reason they fly so well. 

Elves are another example, although not all of use are Brights we all have an inherent…sensitivity to magic.”
