OBSESSED WITH... Coloured Jeans
I love wearing coloured jeans. You might think that coloured jeans is definitely not a wise fashion choice but trust me- it could work - that’s if you wear it right. (Using google to illustrate: )
Visualize this:
(More formal. Officewear)
or
(More Casual)
PLUS
A gold pin on the jacket will be good. Maybe a Mockingjay pin?
PLUS
EQUALS: Amazing
[I have no other how this outfit idea came out. I never based it on someone else.]
Here is another example:
See what I mean? Coloured jeans can look amazing, especially if you’ve got slim legs!

FOR THE LOVE OF... J. CREW
Its been love at first sight with J. Crew. Properly matched bright colours has always been my favourite style. (like my new obsession over bright coloured jeans) J.Crew's preppy, upbeat sleek designs are just flawless.
Look at that fabulous print!
I want that bag!
Can J. Crew get more perfect? I can imagine myself wearing every single one of the pieces. The ingenious colours choice, patterns, cut, draping all come together into single fabulous pieces that flows beautifully as a collection.

The Essence of Street Style
I follow quite a number of personal style (fashion) blogs via bloglovin. I’ve just got to say, I find that now, most owners of popular personal style blogs have glamorous lives, can afford expensive clothes, go to great parties, meet famous people (like Chiagra from theblondesalad meeting Ed Westwick, the actor who played Chuck Bass in the popular hit TV show, Gossip Girl). Practically though, I think most of us can’t afford to dress like that all the time. Sometimes I would walk past a roadside stall and see amazing clothes yet at cheap prizes. Perhaps the durability of the clothing isn’t as good but the design is flawless. I feel that there should be more fashion blogs that actually has affordable street style. Nonetheless at closer thought, that probably would never happen because I myself admit that I like looking through those blogs. The blog owners, such as Chiagra Ferragni, practically lead the dream life everybody, including me, wants to have. I love re-posting their outfits (with credit, of course!) and the expensive clothes do look extremely appealing and fashionable. Their supply of bags, shoes, accessories seem never ending and they never have to repeat an outfit. Do you think the true essence of street style is affordable things everyone can wear on the street or the close-to-high-fashion outfits we see? Well fashion world, what are your opinions on this?

Recently, I heard from Sunglass Hut that they were stocking "Cat-Eye glasses" made by Vogue. I've noticed they've been trending on fashion blogs as well. For example the perfect one popular fashion blogger, Olivia Lopez from lustforlife was wearing:
These trendy glasses are sooo upscale and not to mention, stylish. I should just go get one now..

FOR THE LOVE OF...Nanette Lepore
To be very honest here, I heard about Nanette Lepore through nicoleloher (fashion blogger and an intern at Nanatte Lepore) quite a while back. Even since i checked out the Nanette Lepore website, I was hooked. I'm a lover of vibrant and unique prints and colours like that gorgeous dress above. Recently, I went to Saks Fifth Avenue at New York, and when I saw the Nanette Lepore collection, I was like a little kid who saw a giant human size huggable teddy bear. In other words, hysterical (in a good way!). Really, all Nanette Lepore clothes seem to give off a happy vibe!

FOR THE LOVE OF... Tory Burch
Her clothing prints are to-die-for! I absolutely love the colours and designs on some of her bags, but some of them just have the Tory Burch logo all over it…I don’t really like that and would never buy a bag that just has a brand’s symbol all over it and no other aesthetically pleasing design. I buy a branded bag because of the quality and real design, not for showing off that I can afford a ____(insert brand name here) bag. But, I still love Tory Burch and here is my favourite look from the Pre-fall 2012 lookbook:
See the bag? #itsperfection. The look is simple, but wearable (I would definitely wear that)

Anna Wintour.
No doubt everybody is intrigued by Anna Wintour. I've been too. Intimidated, even. Recently, I've watched an interview with Anna, hosted by David Letterman. She was incredibly witty! The first lady of fashion is flawless, literally. And she doesn't slack either, she wakes up at 5.45 am and then plays an hour of tennis everyday! Although Anna Wintour is known as being cold, evident from her nickname "Ice Queen" and the habit of wearing sunglasses a lot, I find that she is actually pretty likable, but of course her job as the editor-in-chief of Vogue requires her to hold up the reputation. No matter what, love you Anna!
