1. Choose the Repeater Mode

5. Scan and choose your Wi-Fi
The mywifiext extender will scan for available Wi-Fi networks. Next, select the Wi-Fi you want to extend, enter the password and click "Save Settings".
6. The Setup Process Is Complete
The device will reboot automatically. Now reconnect to Wi-Fi "XXX-2G" or "XXX-5G", which is your new Wi-Fi extender. Password is your original Wi-Fi password.
Note: During the last step of configuration, pay attention to the "Combine Wi-Fi" and "Sync your device" buttons. If you turn on "Join Wi-Fi", you will need to reconnect to Wi-Fi "XXX-2G&5G" (your new extender Wi-Fi) after the device reboots automatically.
But if you select the "Sync your device" option, the Extended Wi-Fi name will be the same as your own, so you don't need to reconnect to the Extended Wi-Fi once setup is complete. However, using the option "Combine Wi-Fi" guarantees higher quality bands for better performance.
