“Lucifer!” A dark haired demoness snapped at her King, who was clearly more obsessed with drinking and trying to screw the nearest thing on two legs, although truthfully she was a hot one.

“What is it mazikeen cant you see I’m busy?!” Lucifer snapped at the Demon. Maze quickly pointed to the man he had come to know as Cain, who was walking into his apartment, he groaned as he stood up and followed him into the elevator.

“What is it?” Lucifer asked feeling buzzed, he really wasn’t in the mood to be buddy buddy. he wanted to party and currently Cain was stopping him.

“I think I found a key part of taking care of this mark.”Cain said crossing his arms turning around to look at the devil.

“Oh and what makes you think it’s a key part?” Lucifer mocked him. He had been searching for a way to break his curse for centuries now, and now he found a key, Lucifers mind couldn’t help but to wandered while pored himself a shot of whiskey.

“Because she’s a descendant of mine.” Cain retorted.

“Yeah and so is what about four thousand others.” He laughed at the man, he was sure he knew that.

“I mean she is one of my children or grandchildren or maybe a sibling?” marcus said sitting down on the couch.

“That doesn’t even sound like you know what your talking about.” Lucifer scoffed tossing his drink back.

“Look I wouldnt expect you to understand, it’s another thing your father did, the first family could tell when we were near each other.” Cain tried to explain but lucifer was bored and drunk leading him to not care.

“Look lets say I believed this, first you do realize how insane you sound right?” Lucifer slurred before taking yet another shot. “If who ever is related to you like you claim she’d have to be....”

“an immortal? Is that so hard to believe? I’m Cain from Cain and Able and your lucifer as in the devil, and your fathers god, look you made a deal to help me lucifer if your going back on your word I understand we can’t live up to the hype forever can we.” Marcus said pushing lucifers buttons, something he was growing better at day by day.

“Alright!” Lucifer growled. “What do you need me to do?” He asked rolling his eyes.

Cain smirked pulling out his laptop. “They are calling her Aurora, as in sleeping beauty. They found her in a secret chamber in a pyramid in south Egypt.” He said showing him a picture of the pyramid.

“You haven’t been to Egypt in a while.” He scoffed he clearly had lost his mind and he had no pictures of ‘sleeping beauty.’ Had his age finally caught up with him?

“No but look at the lettering, look familiar?” Marcus questioned him, it was a language eve had made in order to keep things hidden form the world. Lucifer rolled his eyes, it clearly didn’t matter to the worlds first murderer how insane it sounded and the only way lucifer was getting out of it was to do what he wanted.

Marcus walked up to the building they both recognized as a temple. Lucifer smirked as he charmed the men guarding it. “Tell me what is it you desire?” Lucifer asked the men in Arabic.

“I just want a day off.” Both of the men spoke in unison.

”You poor things you don’t get days off?” He asked with fake concern.

”no ever since Avaline Valentine found her just sleeping in there, in that impenetrable coffin, the government wants to keep this a secret and make sure that no one goes in but we’ve been working for the past three weeks straight. We just want to go home and have a good rest, and see your family’s.” One gaurd said on the verge of tears it was clear he missed his family.

“Well then what are you waiting for, nobody’s watching you.” Lucifer said taking notice the men glancing around.

“They are paying us millions of dollars though.” The other spoke.

“Well how about me and....” he stopped he wasn’t even sure what he would call the man who made him spend four grand because he had a ‘Gut feeling.’

”oh come now brother, it’s fine to tell these men we are related.” Cain smirked at the Devil.

“Fine.” He growled, it wasn’t something he wanted to say especially seeing as he did kill his actual brother. “Me and my brother will guard this temple for three day.” The devil said holding out a hand. “Deal?” Lucifer asked giving his devilish grin the men quickly shook his hand and began to walk off. “Don’t forget now that I’ve done something for you and now you owe me a favor.” Lucifer reminded the men.

”of course.” The men said before walking to their cars and driving home to their more than happy families.
