i think there should be AU’s and then there should be UA’s

because Universe Alterations would be a good name for when your characters are in the exact same universe but you’re altering just a couple of plot points or a few character traits

All heads in the room turned suddenly as two new figures entered. One one of them truly appeared to be in control, and Naoto figured that this must be someone who was to be respected. Even though her salary was in the hands of Dojima, not this new person...

It was Dr. Ikeda who stood first, holding his hand out to the two men. "Ah, then you must be the Prosecutor from America. I was told that you would be joining us..." he stopped for a moment. "Although, I didn't expect you to arrive quite so soon..." He sat back down and nodded to each of the other people in the room. "To my left is Detective Naoto Shirogane. She is from Inaba, and once solved a case very similar to this one. Across the table is Detective Kamiya, and next to him is Officer Mihara. I assume you know of the Chief Detective, Shizu." he continued. 

Naoto nodded curtly to the two men, smiling lightly. "Won't you have a seat? We were just discussing the details of the last case that was like this." 

Turnabout Protégé (Closed RP with chaotic-lawful-objections)

The verbalization of the victim's name thickened the tension in the air. As though conjured by each uttered syllable, the door whistled open, and into the room strode two figures, whose presence only served to add more layers to the crinkling tension. The leader of the duo seemed by far the prominent one. He not only dressed sharply, with a long tailcoat and an insufferable lace to his garb, but he also commanded a silence that befitted those of superior rank. The moment he entered the room, the desire to converse petered out as swiftly as a candle extinguished by the wind.

The message could not have been more evident: do not venture out of line when standing before the boss. His companion, simply, followed suit with the others, obviously a mere assistant with a rank no higher than the other detectives. Behind the first man, his significance could only shrink. 

"That would be my protege," the first man said sternly, eyeing the other occupants with a glare so exacting it exhausted defiance. No one questioned his assertion nor ventured to. "Sebastian DeBeste, the victim, happened to be under my jurisdiction. I hope, for your sakes, that you realize what I am insinuating."

"Yeah, pals!" shouted his companion, obviously a detective like the others. "Nobody messes with Chief Prosecutor Edgeworth's protege and gets away with it! It's time to roll up our sleeves and pull out the big guns! That, or our salaries will be taking a southern drop so bad you'll be on instant noodles for the rest of the year! Take it from this detective's experience, pals!"

"...Yes, exactly as Detective Gumshoe so kindly and crudely put it. It makes no difference to me that DeBeste died in an abnormal way. I intend to fully investigate his death whether or not you take it seriously. Be wary, however, that your demeanor and teamwork will be reflected by your salaries. Consider yourselves warned, detectives."

The Final Maya Blog Update!

((Dearest Friends, Followers, Old and New,

The day has finally arrived!!! I received the final vital piece required for the preparation of my Maya Fey RP Blog! It has been a wonderful month working with the artist whom I commissioned to make things to make this blog the best it can be, and though we are not going to stop corresponding, I have all of the materials I need for the time being. So the wait is over! I am going to work on the theme and blog itself for a bit, and then I will post a promo and a starter. I hope you will make Maya feel welcome here, as she has been waiting a long time to be debuted. :D

((Yeah. I have all of those except for Aki. Again, I have Aigis instead. She does a good job. And I love Shinji's call outs. "Why can't this table act like a table?" Indeed. xD

And thanks! I hope I can get through it on Normal. But if I have to take it down, I will. It all depends.))

((I can imagine so! But I guess that’ll make it more fun once I get to P4. :P I am always up for a challenge, hence why I am playing it on Normal my first time through. I am not a wuss, after all. :D I have Ken and Aigis, and Aigis’ single shot can hit one front line and one back line enemy at the same time. So that helps a bit…))
