The Coffee Snob
29 posts
Just a coffee snob on a mission to find the best coffee experience, one sip at a time. “Coffee is far more than a beverage. It is an invitation to life, disguised as a cup of warm liquid… Coffee is an experience, an offer, a rite of passage, a good excuse to get together.”

A new day for the coffee snobs (And others) - We just received our Chemex from #CapeCoffeeBeans and got it rocking. Admittedly did it 80% wrong, including using a kettle (We need a Hario!) and not doing the proper ratios of coffee and water, but nonetheless a beautiful Kenyan filtered the Chemex way, and a taster for the whole office! #Justplay #Coffeesnobs

Another attempt at #ButterCoffee. T-Bird running the show with organic butter, first-pressed organic coconut oil and only the best beans available (it happened to be from Espresso Cafe - the Ethiopian and Costa Rica blend) ... of course all through our magic Aeropress

Snobs come in all shapes and sizes. In the food world you’ll find some of the biggest snobs around, those who only eat the most hand-foraged or urban-farmed, artisanally crafted, truffled morsels. But no snob is more outrageously self-righteous than the coffee snob. You want in on this select class of caffeinators? You better have the beans for it. Thanks to the B.I.L, fellow coffeesnob, for the share.

The Coffee Snobs (T-Bird and TheGidMan) Just met and had a coffee with the cofounder of @RoastRepublic and @TheWhippetZA, Jaco De Witt. Awesome to drink coffee in the company of a fellow Coffee Snob.

A special day for the Coffee Snobs. Leandri, Runner-up MasterChef South Africa, came to the office to give us the new Roast Republic. What a divine lady and a magnificent coffee. Beautiful blends all mixed into gorgeous cup of coffee, and obviously flanked by Mr.Adams

What a delightful birthday present from the B.I.L (featured before) - a delicious roast from the guys at Father Coffee in Braamfontein. Now its time for another Aeropress,
