Techno reached out, trying to stop him, grabbed at the sleeve of Philza's coat.

It must have been less than a second, but for that instant he could feel how the earth spoon under his feet, over itself, could feel the speed at which it rotated around the sun and the weight of each passing second ticking by, how time flowed across the expanse of every single thing, be it alive or not.

The earth came to a halt, so abruptly Techno thought he'd fall from the whiplash.

"Who are you?" Techno felt like he had to catch his breath.
