Me: *tears up*
Friend: What's wrong? Are you okay?
Me: Oh nothing, it's just allergies.
Me: *continues to think about how much Lance misses his family*

Monsters love you.
If you’re like me, who get scared of every little sound at night, then I gotta tell you:
Of course, rationally speaking, there aren’t scary monsters hiding under your bed or in your wardrobe, but even if there were, they wouldn’t hurt you.
No truly evil monster would hide in some humans room to scare or murder them. That’s just a bit cowardish, a far too easy catch. What is there even to gain? The evil monsters wouldn’t even bother to figure out a good hiding place, they’re far too busy figuring out plans to create Universal Chaos.
Instead, the monsters hiding under your bed are the kind ones. The curious ones. The monsters, who watches a human, and sees a friend. They’re a bit scared and not so fond of people seeing them, so they stay in the shadows. Just out of sight, but always within reach. Careful, as not to disturb your everyday life, they care for you in your own way. Make sure the moonlight reaches your window, let a breeze run trough your house when you need fresh air, helps your pet guard the house. They’re doing their best to help you, and although they’re not always so good at it, they’re trying the best, and they would never hurt you.

So true
“Honestly, we never know how someone is perceiving the words we utter. Watch what you say and be kind with your words. It could make or break someone’s day, week, year or even life.”

“In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you.”
