Blu x Nottz, “Yesterday”

With a joint album on the way - Gods in the Spirit, Titans in the Flesh on April 13th - Blu and Nottz have dropped one of their singles off the album.

Last week, A Boogie’s “Drowning” was certified Platinum. According to the RIAA, “Drowning” moved about 2 million units. Well, damn! To celebrate he took to Instagram to show off all the certifications he’s pulled in. To be exact, that is FOUR certificates since June 2017. Again...DAMN!

To celebrate, he has announced “[I’m] taking it back to SoundCloud this week where I started.” Now he’s starting to drop a new music on SoundCloud with a new single every day this week. Stream Trouble’s ‘Edgewood’

Recently, it was revealed the Trouble got himself a joint deal with Interscope Records and Mike WiLL Made It’s Ear Drummer Records. Along with the announcement, it was also revealed that the ATL-rapper would be teaming up with Mile WiLL for a joint project. Here’s what Mike WiLL had to say:

“No other producer x artist combo can pull off what Trouble and I are about to do. I really felt like it was time for a level up for Trouble – I’ve been watching his grind for years now, since we were young as fuck, coming up in Atlanta on the music scene, trying to make something out of nothing. Trouble is the only person from the city who’s going to give you that raw, pure, honest, real rap, mixed with originality, new flavor, new flows and new lingo. He has the grind, work ethic, and dedication to back it up and the city knows.”

Chicago’s Musa Reems dropped a new project titled Lately I’ve Been Sol Searching 2. On the production tip, Musa recruits the likes of S.K.I.L. and Curbside Jones that help provide fresh takes on old classics like Jay-Z’s “22 2′s” and Big L’s “Ebonics.” He waxes over some soulful beats with intricate lyrics about his hometown.
