Works: Upper-body 💪
•
This is a 5 min., nonstop workout that you can do once everyday!
•
[ Things to keep in mind:
One, you have to be standing straight up on your kness for this exercise routine.
Two, you must be using 5 pound weights so that you do not hurt yourself. Don’t underestimate the fact that you are only using five pounders .. this routine burns immensely. 🔥
Three, make sure that your movements are SLOW and controlled. Seriously, if you rush, no progress will be made and all that “effort” will be wasted. So, STAY SLOW. ]
•
Minute one: Nonstop Curls
Minute two: Nonstop overhead presses
Minute three: Nonstop side lateral raises (at shoulder level)
Minute four: Nonstop front lateral raises (just above shoulder level)
Minute five: Nonstop vertical punches

Then rest!
Be sure to drink some water and eat something with protein afterwards.
Today I’ve completed these 3 challenges and I’m feeling pretty good about it. I’m going to give myself 3 rest days and then do a fitness check for p90x where I record how many of certain exercises I can do, my weight, take before pictures, and other things like that. Then I’ll wait a week and start p90x
Here is my home workout routine. I know a lot of trans guys want to work out but can’t go to a gym for various reasons and often feel discouraged so I thought I’d share what I do. If you don’t have dumbbells you can fill old milk jugs with water, sand, or gravel.

heard about this post in my LGBTQ+ group, and after watching all 13 episodes just to see what it is all about, i can agree, do not watch this show. the suicide sceen made me shake so much, it was horrible.
13 Reasons Why
Don’t watch it. Do not watch this fucked up mess of a show. Listen, I’ve been working in suicide prevention for almost six years, and I grew up in an area that had epidemics of teen suicides. The area is actually so well known that the show-writers and producers met with leading experts in the area on the ways that the media contributes to youth suicides - and then did almost everything they were warned not to do, even going so far as to actually show the suicide on-screen. Many of the experts that they’ve spoken with are expressing grave disappointment with how the show proceeded despite their advice.
If you’re suicidal, if you’re depressed, if you self-harm, and/or if you have any trauma associated with that, please do not watch this show. It was incredibly irresponsibly handled and puts people in very real danger.
i'm such a dreamer. i always imagine myself hanging out/meeting some of my favorite youtubers. i always imagine this, and then i come back to reality and realize that i'll never be friends with youtubers :/
crinkgumplz, what do you say to those that don't approve of they/them pronouns?
I say that you need to respect people and if they ask you to call them him, her, they, them or whatever they want to be called, you should respect that and call them by their preferred pronoun. Everyone deserves to be accepted and respected for who they are.
