My Best Green boys for ya if you haven't been w/ me since the beginning . I miss that wonder of going to new cons, in new places like my 1st #AnimeExpo w/ my fav people . It was less of matter of ⬇"will my cosplay be recognized & get photos taken" & more of 🔁"It'd be cool to meet fans of the same fandom of the cosplay I'm wearing" . Motivation:🎥I'm in a place where I can possibly be a part of 1 of my fav shows: #strangerthings & just sharing a moment in taking a shot after applying for casting . "Next . . it's your turn!" #AllMight The weight of those words hit me so hard in the process of editing this upcoming project ( #JosephJoestar doesn't point like this but felt the last #MyHeroAcademia episode seemed fitting) . Today is Fathers' day & everything is welling up to be emotional for me. . It means the day has come to take on the mantle of becoming my own person, standing to face the world . It means leaving behind the guiding hand and security of the mentor . It means living up to all of the hopes & dreams that others have entrusted in you, having all their support . Years ago, almost the same time of year, I left for college out of my home state but not long after I turned with my head hung low, calling my dad that I wanted to quit that path. He welcomed me back home and offered words that no matter what, he wanted me to be happy which entailed me finding my calling ➡My bond has grown stronger with him & communication of honesty is crucial. My dad taught me how to survive & I aim to live up to my turn to go beyond what is expected of me.
