On Feb 15, 2017 IFMC forcibly took custody of my disabled sister Anastasia for whom I had been her legally designated POA for over 12 years, SOLELY because I "refused to consent to discharge" (quote from court transcript). Neither IFMC or the Court alleged or found that my sister had been abused, neglected, or exploited in anyway. In Fact both stated on the record my sister was very well taken care of and it was obvious that I loved my sister very much. They abducted my sister from a loving home and environment and placed her in a nursing home where she suffered 4 unexplained injuries in two weeks time, the last of which, a severely broken and displaced right hip, sent her to the hospital with a 104.1 fever. THIS is the society we live in folks. And THIS could happen to anyone and has all over the country. WAKE UP PEOPLE.
