KitTy Headcanon.

This may be a long shot and I'm betting some of you will murder me for this but...what if Kit goes blind? What if, during a demon attack, something strucked him and left him permanently blinded? Darkness forever?

He would have to start over his training, his life, relearn everything he knew about everything. Jem and Tessa would help him as best as they could when Kit either had a meltdown or got depressed but they were times where they just felt helpless, not knowing what to do. Mina wouldn't really know what was happening. She would just know that Kit had left home one day and return the other has almost another different person.

Everyone else wouldn't know how to act around him. Would he want them to help him around? Does he need help? What would they talk about that wouldn't unsettle Kit?

They wouldn't know what to do. No one. No one but Ty.

Ty would help him. Kit would feel the world different, and Ty knew more or less how that felt. He would advice him with the things he understood and stay up all night researching for what he didn't, the knowledge that he couldn't help Kit in something keeping him awake.

Ty who doesn't like making physical contact, letting Kit take his arm or touch his face for him to remember. He would teach Kit how to use the braille system and help him relearn the way around the L.A. Institute. Ty would keep him entertaind by reading him aloud or talk of the days finding, knowing how Kit loves to hear Ty talk about his interests.

And Kit, while sometimes he would get frustrated of not remembering the exact shape of Ty's face or the thought that he would never see his dark gray eyes again, would find comfort in knowing he could recognize which footsteps were Ty's or feel his presence and absence in a room. He would now hear with precision the changes in Ty's voice, when he found something that excited him or he was nervous. He would find comfort that while he now doesn't remember somethings, he now knows others just as important.

So, @clockwork-barones, gave me this amazing idea of creating a blog only for dark and sad theories dedicated to Kitty.

Because the scary and horrible minds of the fandom are important! We need to hear their ideas!

WE NEED TO HEAR HOW DO THEY THINK KIT WOULD DIE IN THE WICKED POWERS!

I honestly don't know why I'm doing this...

But recently I've had this theory. So Kitty has always been an angsty ship. All of us Kitty shippers know it, all of the tsc fandom knows it.

One way or another, Cassie always makes Kitty both simultaneously beautiful and angsty. Even Kitty fluff has a little underlying angst, even Kitty fanfics tend to be angsty.

Assuming this angst continues in TWP, assuming Clare keeps this up, we can assume a whole new angst supreme awaits us. So now, I ask you to consider the height of angst. Beyond angst. The most painful, shattering, traumatizing thing that could happen to a couple, to the extent they aren't a couple any longer.

No I'm not thinking about breaking up. Think the Divergent books. Think the Wonder Woman movie. Yeah, I'm talking about Kit or Ty...dying. Think of it. By the time all their confusion and chaos is sorted out and they can finally be together, won't it be just like them to confront each other at a raging battle? The faries of Manan might finally find Kit and Ty might die protecting him. Ty might get into a fight with Kit and end up deciding to fight too many demons alone and Kit might jump in to save him.

Not only would this render the relationship impossible, it would completely shatter the one of them that's left behind. It would completely shatter our fandom, our hearts and hopes. It would completely shatter us.
