just found out you can get custom fandom room sprays etc for different characters (inc from timy fandoms) and I feel like there's potential there... idk, like spraying a hoodie with it so it smells like them? using it to help make daydreams, fanfic, etc more vivid?

for when you can't sleep:

your f/o will be the first to help! soothing whispers, soft music, and whatever else will help will be coming your way shortly. with their (sudden) expertise, you'll be fast asleep shortly.

rather stay up? your f/o will cuddle under the blanket with you, talking mindlessly or watching random videos. muffled giggles will soon lead to you both asleep on top of each other.

if all else falls, your f/o is content to just hold you until you fall asleep. they don't mind the extra drowsiness tomorrow if it means you got your beauty sleep!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but your F/O would never lie to you. Even if they're a known liar in their canon, they do their best to be nothing but honest with you. If a lie slips out, they apologize, and correct themselves. Or they show you the truth with their actions.

They would never cheat on you or replace you. They would never do things behind your back and pretend that they didn't. Your F/O is absolutely, 100%, honest and direct with you.

Imagine that you’re at a big event with your f/o, but around half way through, everyone starts sounding a little too loud and everything starts feeling a little too much. Your f/o seems like they’re having a good time, so you don’t want to ruin it for them. You weave your way to a corner of one of the rooms, sitting there while gripping a drink like your life depends on it.

Zoning out, you don’t notice your f/o realizing you disappeared before making their way towards you. “Are you alright?” You hear their voice cut through the chatter around you. You shake your head, and they instantly take a hold of your free hand, leading you out of the crowded area.

The two of you end up in a secluded room, the noise muffled into the background. “This better?” They asked, watching you with concern. You nod, and they looked relieved. “Don’t worry about these things, alright? If you need a break, just tell me.” This made you smile, and your f/o wrapped their arms around you, planting a kiss on your head.

The human brain cannot differentiate the feelings and attachments we have to irl people from the feelings and attachments we have to fictional characters. Chemically, the feelings are the exact same

More to the point, if a character you love ever gets hurt or god forbid dies, it is absolutely normal to feel genuine grief and hurt because of it. As far as the chemicals in your brain are concerned, you genuinely just watched your friend/partner/family member get hurt.

Your feelings are valid and normal.
