Turmeric
Cayenne Pepper
Empty Capsules
Combine all spices and separate into the empty capsules.

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar ( 0 calories)
1 teaspoon cinnamon ( 6 calories)

What You Will Need -

Apple slices
