Even though it was a bit obvious to see that she was mature for her age, there were some common behaviours she shared with her father. Though Barnaby did ponder when did he get used to be dragged around by Kaburagis'. None the less he wasn't in a hurry anywhere so he let himself be towed a long and watched the teen work out the game.

❝Why would there not be something that I’m not telling you Barnaby? You’re about as clueless as I am as to where my father went and what he is doing. But it’s fine. I can take care of myself. Been pretty much doing it all my life.❞

A small chuckle came from her lips, before a bright smile, looking up at the male and shaking her head a little bit. Her oculars getting distracted by a small game off to the side, in her excitement she wrapped her arms around Barnaby’s arm and pulled him towards the game that gave away small goldfish as prizes. She wanted one. The game didn’t look that difficult however.

Slowly walking behind his partner licking his fingers free from the mayo. "Thank you for this."He muttered sitting down beside his partner it wasn't often they had peace moments together.

"Something on your mind? You can talk to me."

No complaints? Kotetsu really was in a good mood. Barnaby had thought to be mean and ask for something way over the top, however he just couldn’t do that to his partner. After all it was tit for tat most days between them so why not change it for a bit.

"Hmm classic does sound nice, though wasabi mayo please."

Well that was something more then the hero was expecting. However at least he had found a refuge away from everything and with a calming drink too. Today may not be as unpleasant as he first thought.

"Tea would be wonderful, what blend do you stock Mr Petrov?"

His mind boggled dwelling on what the judge said "I can perfectly understand." Though on second thought there wasn't a clear bond between the two strong enough to delve into that history.

Fathers Day Dreading

Yuri didn’t exactly surprised: being he Heroes’ judge, he had been allowed to read everyone’s personal files and in Brooks’ report it was clearly stated that his paretns had been killed right in front of him. There was no way someone like that would be keen on celebrating something as family-centered as Father’s day and, deep down, the judge almost felt empathic. “I can perfectly understand, Mr. Brooks. Do take a seat. Can I treat you with a cup fo tea?”

He didn’t know about Bunny, but he really did need that tea right then- Too many joyful children, too many tightly-knitted families had ruined his morning already to go without his usual beverage.
