Like many other stories, this one begins with a tragedy, the loss of love ones and the start of a new life. For now, I shall begin your adventure through my world, created over the span of decades and a little mind. I am the architect. “Those candle flames were like the lives of men. So fragile. So deadly. Left alone, they lit and warmed. Let run rampant, they would destroy the very things they were meant to illuminate. Embryonic bonfires, each bearing a seed of destruction so potent it could tumble cities and dash kings to their knees.”

Vincent was about to react to the shadow but saw that his wife did just fine on her own. His hand slowly moving out of his coat as he took her hand and nods in agreement. "Very well." Vincent muttered as he was not liking this place one bit
the-lonly-shadow:
Vincent watched the two interact as he noticed her body changing ever so slightly because of possibly the thirst from so much blood in the air. Vincent holstered his gun and didnt speak as he allowed her to do her thing. Trusting her judgment and trusting that he wouldn’t have to intervene.

“Thank you,” she whispered, though she had a urge to kiss him, but didn’t even had a chance before the shadowy form snatched her and pulled her forward in the darkness. Brittany opened her mouth to scream, but then, what would feel like hours or minutes, a groan and a scream was cut short, along with a wolf’s snarl and the familiar spilling of blood.
“Well, that was interesting,” Brittany muttered, before grabbing Vincent’s hand again. ‘Come on, let’s keep going and see who really sent me.”

Vincent returned the kisses as he smiled into them. Loving this truly and relaxing for what seemed to be the first time in a while. Always working and always dealing with people had taken its toll on him. This is what he needed.
the-lonly-shadow:
Vincent thought about it for a second or two before he snuggled close to his wife. Holding onto her as he then started whispering sweet nothings into her ear, only to respond to her query by saying,“I can go for a lazy day… It will be rather nice.”
She nodded, a huge smile on her face after giggling at the sweet nothings he whispered into her ear. “It will be the best lazy day…no work, no meeting people, no nothing. Just you and me, just like this.” Brittany said against his lips as she placed little kisses along Vincent’s lips.

Harken looked to her and kissed her chest, feeling her rapid heartbeat as he then laid down next to her and stredged his body. "Then we agree on something else. " he remarks with a smile.

Kat was taking a nice long shower, sighing under the water. After washing her hair, she kept her eyes closed as she massaged her body, not knowing the presence coming to her.

Harken slowly pulled out of her and started changing back into his normal state as he looked to kat. Running a hand through her hair as he fixed it and then kissed her cheek gently. "How was that mmm?'

“Maybe because they use it to bring in more prey…or potential enemies.” He explained to her as if knowing first hand about those tactics. “Blood attracts curious people and more vampires. So we must be cautious.” He explained as he takes out his pistol
“That…’ she agreed as they kept walking. “Darling, I’ve been-’ she started, turning her head when she saw him take out his pistol. “I thought you said you’ll let me do this myself?” Brittany hissed as they came around the corner, and the scent of blood had gotten stronger. “You know-without you-” she motioned to the pistol next to him while her left hand started to shift into her wolf’s paw, something she hadn’t done or used in a long time. “Pulling out you’re-”
“You shouldn’t-o-oh. It’s just you. I thought I said to come alone?” a voice said, coming out of the darkness. Though he was shaking mess, he was a vampire, albeit he was a small, lanky man with muddy brown eyes and blonde hair thrown which way. “He’ll know you didn’t come alone with-oh. Oh dear.” he looked at Vincent with wide eyes. “Y-You brought the vampire king? Oh he definitely won’t like this.”
Brittany sighed, trying to resist rolling her eyes each time the scared vampire mentioned the ‘he’ and cowering all the time. “That was the plan, but my darling husband decided to come.” For, she added to herself, protection and also possibly kill someone. Mostly him. “You said you had an inkling of who made me who I am? In your note?”
The scared man nodded, backing away slowly before passing her a folder that looked like it was going to be torn apart anytime soon. “It’s all in here, I swear, but you must leave, now.” The man clutched her arm and dug his fingers into her arm tightly…before he started to laugh quite softly, then louder as his whole entire form started to disappear.

Harken held onto his young love before he pushed in hard finally. Pushing in as he started to let out his rather thick and hot load inside of her. His nails digging into her thighs to hold her down.

“Yes… let us see if we will find some of our kind here.” He muttered with a satisfied grin as he kissed her hand and followed her. His black cloak blowing in the wind as it seemed he didnt come with his weapons. Seems vincent is planning to allow her to deal with it.
She smiled a bit as they walked in. Secretly, she felt much better now that Vincent was here-if he wasn’t, she didn’t think she’ll go through it. But she took a deep breath as she kept walking, the stench of blood filling the air. One sniff and automatically her hunger rose, and she squeezed his hand even tighter.
Yep. She wasn’t handling it very well…
She kept on walking, trying so very hard to remember why she was there in the first place-for that tiny tidbit about where she came from after all this time…
“I never understood why our kind like to spill blood and leave a trail,” she said, trying to make small talk as they walked through the familiar halls that tickled her brain-the elegance and opulence of the place that was filled with things that seemed almost sentimental to their kind. “Why can’t they just do it neatly?”
