Lastly, Tadcoal’s line is–based on the golden toads, which are actually a chinese mythology, but here in southern thailand, there are a lot of chinese beliefs and superstitions that have been brought over by the traders who settled here. And so, these auspicious, money-devouring toads have become naturalized :D
