My God you touched a fine point, the voices. Hook G1 voice it's Amazing (so smooth and refined), he sounded pretentious and holier -than-thou, while here he is always a grinning fool. I understand they (or starting with Griffith) took the toys as reference, but G1 is more of a compass in my opinion. I'm just really disappointed. The dynamic around Prowl and the Prowlastator is fine, it can have some depth, but the structies remain plain and flat all the same.

He at least looks fine I must say (Milne gave him a juicy look imo), hell, most of them look good BUT on this other issue, why Bonecrusher design changed so drastically in IDW? I don't get it, he looks like another bot altogether
